Hotel Sky Station

Friendly reception staff and a smooth, well-organized check-in process. The room was clean, and the nighttime view from the balcony was fantastic. The metro station is right outside, making it easy to reach major areas by Yandex. A supermarket next door was also very convenient.

they gave me another room not like what i booked , photos were different, too close to other rooms and we couldn’t even open musics because the neighbours complained

I will recommend this hotel to my friends as staffs are super nice, location is perfect ( everything you need is in walking distance) and booking price is reasonable. room service needs improvement as I had issue with replacement of hygienic products ( shampoo, soaps , toilet papers etc.). additionally, room didn`t get properly cleaned, specially with vacuum cleaner

The location was near to grocery store and fast food chain. They clean your room everyday without even requesting for clean up.

When we first arrived, the place did not feel like a hotel at all. The building looks very basic, and there is no private parking. If you’re not a resident, you need to pay for public parking, which is something Booking should clearly mention. The hotel is located on the upper floor, so at first we honestly thought we had the wrong address. After checking in, the experience improved. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. It was also a pleasant surprise that the staff were respectful and friendly to us as Armenians, which we really appreciated. The hotel is not in the city center, so having a car is important. You’ll need to drive to most places. Overall, we were happy with our stay. For the price, it was good enough, but not perfect. The main downside is the location and the fact that the hotel is inside a shared building. For a hotel, it would feel more appropriate if it were in a separate building with a proper main floor.

Elevator and bathroom

Location is good. Easy to find. It’s an apartment located on top of a building. Clean rooms. And the room has bidet/ Shatafa (شطافة) which is very important for Arabs.

The view from the balcony and bathroom. The building is sparsely inhabited so waiting time for the elevators is very short. Many two wheeler motor bikes speed up and down the road and some of them are very noisy (you can hear them from a mile and half away because sound insulation is poor). This is also true for cars who have noise enhancers attached to their exhaust pipes and are a nuisance. I am sensitive to noise and I am surprised few guests mentioned this problem. The water pressure in the shower is uneven and so temperature fluctuated from very hot to luke warm during the last two days of my ten day stay (on the first eight days of my stay the temperature was more stable but water pressure was lower and more volatile. The frequent temperature extremes began after the water pump was "fixed" on the 7th day of my stay (there was no water for some hours as a result) so the shower is somewhat problematic. The chairs and table setting on the balcony looks good in photos but they are not functional for sitting and enjoying a drink or food. The staff are friendly but the lady receptionist whose shift was 12 hours a day every day during my stay was vaping all the time and the smell of her vape was so unpleasant I had to hold my breath when entering and exiting the property. Finally the elevator has no sensor so it is potentially a health hazard for children and especially infants. It did not affect my stay in any way but it is my duty to inform future guests to never allow children to use the elevator on their own as the doors shut violently and unless there is an adult to press a button or provide assistance it can result in a tragedy.

Very good place! Clean room, friendly staff, good facilities. The city view and terrace is amazing, we were really enjoying it!
