The room is clean and wide The entrance of the hotel isn’t that good

I like the staff, because they was very kind really

Everything was great, the rooms themselves are much better than the photos and very clean, the staff were very polite and helped us a lot, the location was also good and the market, exchange office and bus station are right next to the hotel, I will say once again everything was great

It was very comfortable Nothing as such

We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely rate this place 10/10. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The person who checked us in was amazing, went above and beyond, and even came downstairs to help with my luggage which we truly appreciated. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations and we honestly have no complaints at all. We would gladly stay here again.

I liked the stuff, super super helpful with everything. Breakfast was good as well. I travelled with my husband from UK. We didn't like Arab guests staying at the hotel. Some people don't know how to behave. My husband had to yell at them for blasting music at 1 AM with doors open. Big thanks to the hotel management for listening and understanding how annoyed we were with such an experience; they take feedback seriously and care about their loyal guests. We will definitely come back next time. I wish it wasn't as costly tho so we could stay more nights.

The hotel should inform that it is located on a single upper floor of a building and for a decent experience one should take only the elevator. Street-side rooms are rather noisy due to the traffic. For sure this is not a "palace".

The property is tidy small and very comfortable, its one floor and the stuff are really friendly. You feel like at home with lovely breakfast , the moment you need anything the stuff will run to fix it for you at the moment especially maya , she always cared to make sure we are getting the best service possible . What i didnt like about the property is nothing , it was perfect , i highly recommend for families / friends , quite all the time

Being Vegetarian Breakfast was with limited choice. Could have added more fruits to the menu. Location details and board is not catchy from outside. No access to lift till ground level. Had to carry luggage to first floor. Lift is very small to accommodate a small family.

Cleanliness, location and staff friendliness, value for money Nothing

The property being in the main city area helped us finish our work quicker as everything that we required was in walking distance. The place is quiet and serene. Things such as banks, supermarkets, restaurants are all available below and universities are nearby as well such as University Of Georgia etc.
