All of the above are superb and room has been upgraded lack of preparation for room allocation, we need to wait for more than 3 hours to get our room.

The room itself and view from the balcony was good. There were some parking problems but Giorgi helped me fix it quickly.

The one working with the receptionist was rude and ruined my stay he told me to wait for my friend on the back enterance of the hotel and he told me that he openned parking gate forhim I waited 15 minutes, it turned out that he actually didn't open the gate and he was lying!!

I liked the quiet atmosphere of the room, its good size, and the cleanliness of both the room and its facilities. I also appreciated the warm welcome and the friendly welcoming from reception. All we have met of staff were friendly and welcoming. I admire good quality service. The noise coming from the expansion joints in the building facade was disturbing and needs urgent attention. Also, the breakfast was below average.

The Hotel's view from the balcony was nice and rooms were clean. Also receptionist Gacho help us a lot with some payment issues.

What made our experience amazing at Onyx Hotel was Narges and her team. She provided truly outstanding support from the very first moment I booked the hotel. Once we arrived, we faced an issue with the housekeeping service, and Narges immediately stepped in to help. She and her team did everything they could to resolve the situation and she stayed in touch with us until late at night, even until 2 a.m., making sure everything was solved and that we were comfortable and settled. She also knew that we were visiting for an anniversary celebration, and she made sure to create a very special experience for us. She reserved a wonderful restaurant for us, and we truly enjoyed the evening thanks to her thoughtful surprises and the lovely gifts from the hotel team. The hotel itself is modern, newly renovated, and offers great amenities. The view from the balcony was amazing and added even more to our overall experience. What we would like to see improved is the breakfast selection, which was quite limited. The dishes would often become empty, and we had to wait quite a while for them to be refilled. We also noticed that some of the pastries seemed to be from the previous day. It would be great if the variety were larger and the food fresher.

I booked parking lots week before, but they have not managed to reserve it, and they promised to reserve it for the next day during check in. Of course no reservation was made

The staff was very friendly and competent, Check-In time was very quick. Thanks to Giorgi we got the room we wanted. We will most definitely come back to this hotel.
