We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect! The quiet courtyard created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, the room was very clean and comfortable, and we felt at home throughout our stay. A special thank you to the lovely receptionist, who was always kind, welcoming, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Location, it is in quiet neighborhood, plenty of greenery near, metro station medical university is near. Hotel receptionist was really nice woman who greeted us well. Everything is good here

Two rooms, bed, host Nino is wonderfull The bathroom is cold, towels of the precious guests were in the bathroom as well

it was very calm area and good staff there was no room service in 2 nights, 1 small water bottle was there and afterwards no one came no room service. locations was far from center and need about 45 minutes to reaching to main attractions

I want to highlight the excellent reception at this hotel. The host is a delightful and kind woman, always ready to help and extremely attentive to the guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a high level of cleanliness. It had everything necessary: a hairdryer, a kettle, towels, slippers, toiletries, and a dental care kit. The wifi in the rooms is sufficient for remote work, including calls. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay and will gladly return here again! There is a sound at the outer entrance door of the hotel that rings every time the door opens. It's not very comfortable, but overall it's fine. Sometimes dogs bark outside, which can be inconvenient during calls, but it doesn't last long.

The staff is kind, caring, hospitable and eager to help. The breakfast is good and they serve a very nice filter coffee. The rooms are fine, the price is reasonable. Wi-Fi works great and the internet connection is fast. I would totally recommend staying at SABU and would visit again. The only minor issue is that the curtains were not blackout enough to my taste, but that's really minor.

Very polite stuff. When I've arrived my room was still occupied by previous guest, so hotel offered me an upgrade for a higher class room from the start without making me wait or anything. Very professional and good service. Maybe I'd like to see little bit more variaty to the breakfast.
