It's a beautifully designed hotel, nice attention to detail, great view (take the rooms overlooking the river, it's pointless otherwise), good service, decent breakfast in a beautiful breakfast/dinner room, amazing terrace overlooking the river, very friendly staff The standard room is rather small, bathroom with a curtain - oh come on, birds right down your windows are quite noisy, like all night, be ready for that

We had booked a room with a balcony, but upon arrival were assigned a room without one. While this was disappointing, we chose not to make an issue of it. After a long day of exploring the city, we went directly to the hotel restaurant for dinner. To our surprise, we were denied entry and told that the restaurant was only accepting guests with reservations. We had to contact the reception desk to clarify that we were hotel guests before we were finally allowed in. When settling the bill, the 10% discount on food and beverages mentioned in our booking confirmation was not applied. Even after bringing it to the staff’s attention, the issue was not properly addressed. Unfortunately, the experience continued the next morning. When we arrived for breakfast, a restaurant staff member initially informed us that breakfast was included for only one guest. Once again, our booking details had to be rechecked before the matter was resolved. What should have been a pleasant final day in Tbilisi ended up feeling frustrating and, honestly, quite humiliating. It was disappointing to repeatedly have to prove the benefits and inclusions that were clearly part of our reservation. The hotel’s interiors and room aesthetics are undeniably beautiful, I even took several photos intending to share them in a positive review. However, great design alone cannot make up for poor guest experience and service. Unfortunately, the service fell far below expectations and overshadowed everything else.

Stunning views over the Old Tbilisi and the river. Room was comfy and also had a nice view, even though we didn’t have a balcony. Good sound insulation. They failed to mention on their Booking page that the rooftop terrace - which was the reason I booked this accommodation - was under renovation. We could visit the terrace of the restaurant, but on both of the evenings there was a loud party so no peaceful terrace time. The shower in the room was built so that the water didn’t get sucked in the drain but flooded the entire bathroom and we had to use all our towels to dry the floor. Very inconvenient. The area where the hotel is located is not particularly nice and it’s not easy to go to the old town by foot.

Sending clothing out to be washed and laundered is very expensive. Beware!

I have serious concern regarding the overcrowding at the hotel restaurant. During my visit, a relatively small space was packed with approximately 200 guests. This created a hazardous environment; with only a single exit available, any emergency or fire would have resulted in a disaster. The lack of oversight from management was evident. The room was so congested that guests could barely move between tables to access the terrace. Furthermore, the facilities were entirely inadequate for the crowd size, as 200 people were expected to share a single restroom. This experience felt both irresponsible and unsafe."

The hotel decoration & nice hotel The cleaners is not friendly ,, & I forgot my power bank next to the bed they say they didn’t see it & I am sure I forgot it

Very high prices for laundry. Don't recommend using their laundry services.

Location- great view of the river and city from riverside room Breakfast could be better. I did not see any fruit or cereal available to choose from

This is the second time I am staying here and loving it. - Dedicated parking spot, but make sure to reserve earlier (parking is hard to find in Tbilisi) - Amazing view - Clean, comfortable rooms - Hospitable staff I think breakfast can be slightly improved, the rest is fine
