Courtains were bad

The breakfast choice was poor to be honest. Also the curtains were not a block out.

Room was so cold and there was soooooo noisy ventilation at the room But location was good

Not much Busy, no restaurant, most of the floors are for companies which makes it even busier. Rooms needs some maintenance The fridge wasn't working in my room, AC as well.

There is no attractions near by, no breakfast and no kitchen in the hotel.

The room is superbasic, the balcony is like 30 cm wide, you can barely stand there, bathroom is very old and not properly clean, water doesn't drain properly while taking the shower

I recently stayed at your property and, while I didn’t have high expectations due to the reviews, I was still shocked by the overall poor experience and lack of basic service. From the very beginning, the welcome was cold and careless. I stood at the reception desk for several minutes before anyone appeared. When someone finally did, they told me my room wasn’t ready—without even checking my name. No greeting, no courtesy, no effort. It was a terrible first impression. Please reconsider advertising a 24/7 reception service when, in reality, there are long periods where no one is available at the front desk. Throughout the stay, the issues kept piling up: • Room keys stopped working on some days • Air conditioning and lights turned off randomly • Bugs in the room were never cleared—even during turndown service • Drainage problems lasted for two days • One day, there was no hot water at all On our final night, although I was relieved to finally have proper drainage, the bathroom’s glass door allowed water to leak out across the entire floor, making it unsafe and frustrating after a long day. In addition to the service and maintenance issues: • The floors had visible stains, making the environment feel unclean • The emergency evacuation map was poorly glued and fell off in the middle of the night, which startled me while I was sleeping—another serious safety concern Honestly, it felt like every day brought a new problem. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else—from service to cleanliness and infrastructure—requires serious attention and improvement. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes so that future guests do not have to go through the same experience.

Many amenities were missing such as an iron. The bathroom faucet leaked onto the floor, shower was partly broken.
