Rose House

Excellent host, went above and beyond to take the utmost care of her tenants.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful. The owner Rose goes above and beyond with her warm hospitality, kindness, and attention to cleanliness, which truly makes the place feel welcoming and comfortable. Everything was spotless and well taken care of, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable experience, you won’t be disappointed!?✨

The room had comfortable beds, many outlets, private fridge and kettle and most importantly AC. The AC worked flawlessly and we didn't have any problems with the amenities. The WiFi was fast (for casual use anyway). The rooms didn't let in a lot of sound. We'd go out in the hallway and hear people's TVs or music, but when you're in the room you can't hear anything. We were also provided with towels and slippers. The place is clean, but it's a bit old. The kitchen and the bathroom are a little worn down, but everything works fine and is kept clean. Wasn't a big deal for us. P.S. Keep in mind that some amenities/services can be purchased for extra cost (e.g. using the washing machine)

I absolutely loved my stay at Rose House! The place was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and located in a perfect spot - close to everything I needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and felt just like home. A special mention to the lovely owner, Rose - she was so kind, warm, and welcoming. Her hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable. It’s rare to meet such a friendly and caring host who genuinely wants her guests to feel comfortable. Nice place for 20 lari a night. The kitchen and display are separated. The room is large but very comfortable to sleep in. There is an iron, washing machine and washing machine. The owner is very polite. If you don't plan on staying in the room all the time and just need a cheap place to stay, then this is a good one. From the base you have immediate access to the main street and a 15 minute walk to the station.

Everything is clean and dry, the rooms are sunny including the common areas, it's comfortable and healthy. The whole building smells nice like flowers, and you can see the host cleaning every corner every day. You can immediately tell that the cleaning is perfect, and the internet is also good. Above all, the host is very kind, like a mother, it's really wonderful. I will definitely stay here again, and I would like to meet the host again. We recommend that you make your reservation early if there is availability. There were no negative points

I really enjoyed my stay at Rose House. I needed some peace and that's what I got there. Rose is a friendly host and everyone around was friendly, too. The kitchen is the place to be there, you can cook, make tea or coffee and chat with others. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a tiny balcony for smokers. The area is very nice, interesting to walk, and there are small shops nearby. There are (small) lockers in the hostel. If you are looking for a party hostel to connect with fellow travelers, this is maybe not the best place for you. It felt that people were minding mostly their own business there but that was completely fine with me and I had some nice chats with interesting people nevertheless. There was only one bathroom for the whole dorm but as it wasn't crowded, it was not a problem. Keep in mind that Rose closes the door at 1 am, but she assured me if I would come home later than that, I could text her and she would open the door for me.

Hi, It was an excellent experience to stay at Rose House. The owner is very nice; she is helpful and so kind. The location is perfect. You can walk through nice streets which have historical buildings. There is a long avenue with excellent restaurants, cafes, shops, and many other things you need. The cost is very low compared to other places. I am excited to get there again. Thank you very much for everything.

A great place for fair price and good location close to the heart of Tbilisi. I unexpectedly made a booking around midnight just on the spot still hoping the host would not be sleeping - and a very pleasant woman met me smiling and willful to wait for another 30 minutes for me to go and bring my father with me. Very nice and cozy house, a nice, clean and comfortable room where we stayed for one night - that was just we needed. We were asked to take off our shoes and put on slippers (available), just like at home, and she brought icy water, very appropriate at a hot evening, so now I can express my appreciation and gratitude to it. I think it's enough to see how hospitable the host is - a kind of hospitality many other hosts must learn and bring it into life. And in the morning I realized that I had slept for 10 hours without waking up. I would stay there for a longer time if I stayed longer in Tbilisi. In our room there was no air conditioner but there was a cooler which was quite enough for a small room. Although we slept with open window in August with fresh air, it was quiet and incredible. Good WiFi connection and a small fridge near the bed. A pleasantly designed room. There are some paid services (for example towel or fan rent) and it's quite OK if you can find a quite affordable place to stay like Rose House. Looking forward to stay there again! We enjoyed our stay in a cosy very homely house. The hostess is a kind generous wonderful woman. It was definitely the right choice to stay in the city.

very nice hostel with a home cozy and quiet atmosphere. Rose is an incredibly lovely and helpful woman. The hostel has 1 room for 6 people and and 1 separate bed. The kitchen is clean and fully equipped. The shower flow is strong with hot water. the price is very decent.
