Just wanted to share a feedback! Just arrived in the hotel. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and unfortunate

I will definitely be coming back The uphill to the accomodation was tough. No shower door. The wifi was unstable.

Clean, new, friendly staff, great price

Everything was great

First thing, facility have not an elevator. Second thing, tall people do not fit in room due to height of the room is shorter than normal.

Location is very good The wifi was not working for 2 days and there was one morning that there was no running water

No elevator, nobody to help with the luggage, no doors at the shower , hot/ cold water hands not understandable Woman Lika from reception not nice at all

bed is comfortable, hotel is nice in general, the staff was quite accommodating and the ability to check in in the middle of the night was good. the single rooms are too small, like a closet. no window, except for a roof window so you can't see anything. also the georgian plumbing in the washroom.. you know, it smells like sewage in there. also the bathroom/shower is so small I don't think overweight people can even get in.

Great location, very clean room, and friendly staff. The stay was comfortable. A small foldable table in the room for eating would have been useful.

The room was too small, but if you're spending the whole day outside, it's not a big deal. The window was also really small.

Great location in a side quiet street, but centrally located at walking distance between two metro stations, there are supermarkets nearby. There is a big shopping mall in the area. The Old Town is also at walking distance - around 20 minutes. The room was small but had everything necessary. The bed was fantastic - big and very comfortable. There is also a small kitchenette area. The shower area was small and not separated by a glass wall/ shower curtain or similar, and the water was spilling in the whole bathroom. It was not a big problem, but still something to consider.

Everything is more than perfect. First the location is very convenient close to everything and lots of cafe and restaurants. The staff is very friendly even they shared their period number if i needed any help It’s super clean and comfortable Very calm you barely hear anything inside or outside the hotel Flexible payment methods as well Very very recommended

I stayed in the apartment and would not recommend to do so. Although the location is great and the room is pretty big, everything else did not meet the expecations. Wifi was fine. 1. Sound isolation is very poor, you will hear everything that is happening on the street outside the apartment. 2. People on the reception are rude, don't explain anything and are not willing to help. 3. In the morning, the light from the sun hits you right in the face, very hard to sleep without a face mask. 4. Apartment is pretty dirty

Staff were kinda not being nice when I check in. Unclear charging for laundry and also end up pretty expensive.

8.9 is way too high rating for this hotel. the lady at the reception made sure my first impression of Georgia is totally unpleasant. zero english, obviously. we talked in russian only. I arrived between 9-10am, they didnt let me check in early for free, so I had to pay extra for that. but only possible in GEL in cash, which the lady couldnt explain obviously where is the closest place to change cash. after a long flight, it was very uncomfortable to search for bankomat, change cash, just to pay for a room which was clearly available anyway. when I left the hotel at 12:00am (which is the indicated check-out time) the same lady was knocking at my door at 11:55, which was the most ridicolous thing. the walk up from Rustaveli street is very steep and uncomfortable. unless you use a taxi, not the best walking distances to and from the hotel. the bed was comfortable, but its literally impossible to take a shower without the water spilling out to the floor. would definitely choose another hotel if I could choose again

Super clean, very private super quiet at night, blasting air conditioner when it was super hot out I loved it. They were very gracious about watching my bag as I was gone for extended periods of time. Nothing it was perfect

The atmosphere is nice, and everything was super clean It’s located at the end of a steepy street and if you are drunk this climb will help you become sober back ??

I like how close it was to the city center and the neighborhood was calm and peaceful throughout my trip. I think the room was a bit small for calling it a double room and no balcony as well. Also, I had to wait for 1 hour at the reception because she can’t understand English properly.
