Friendly welcome and beautiful room

A cozy hotel on a hill with a great view from the rooftop and friendly staff just several minutes from Rustaveli avenue which makes all the city's attractions accessible within walking distance. We have extended our stay here more that we have initially planned as we didn't want to leave this wonderful place.

Great hotel. Everything made me feel right at home.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough. Breakfast is standard but elevated by the kind host who will offer you an omelet. If you have somewhere to go before breakfast, they'll prepare a bagged lunch for you if you notify them the day before. The hotel interior is very nicely decorated and seems like a great place to meet fellow travelers during peak season. It was mostly empty during our stay so it had slight Haunted Mansion vibes, which we enjoyed. The shower is a tub with no curtain or enclosure, so taking a shower normally will spray water everywhere. The bathroom looks it too, with what looks like water damage to much of the tiling after years of guests soaking the place. You can avoid the problem by sitting in the tub and using the showerhead at very low pressure -- not a great experience. The balcony is shared with other rooms and is facing an apartment building full of locals who also use their balconies. Don't expect privacy. There's a club very close by that likes to pump the jams into the night. It might just be on weekends.

Wonderful breakfast with fresh hot omelets. Large room with a nice terrace. No sounds of the city as it faced to the back of the block. Good heating and hot water. The bathroom had a lot of mold. Could use a good bleach.

The hotel's location and breakfast were good. Both the reception and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. Honestly, I don't know where they get the towels washed, but when we first arrived, they were dirty – washed but stained. The cupboards were dusty. They don't have a routine cleaning program; they don't clean the rooms daily, you have to ask them. We stayed in room 53 on the top floor. The beds weren't comfortable, and neither were the pillows. We tripped twice on the ramp when entering the room and nearly fell twice. They need to tell their occupational safety specialists to find a solution for this area. Meanwhile, there is no elevator.

thing is that it’s close to downtown and public transportation, first is, the heater is broken so the first night we are freezing, but when we tell about it that we are cold the ended giving us two electrical heaters for time being i hope they will fix it for the next people who will that room

top floor takes a few stairs, late start 9am for breakfast.

The buffet breakfast is modest but excellent. Good internet Interior with the shower.

The breakfast lady was so nice and sweet. Breakfast was delicious and she made us lunchboxes because our flight was early the next day. The bed was big and comfortable. Wifi was good. The old town is about a 30min walk by foot. Upon checking in our room AC was not working. Also the receptionist couldn't find a controller. It was very hot +30 during the day so the room was ? hot. He offered the fan but the fan won't help in this heat. He tried to find another room but couldn't. Only after telling him we want to check out and full refund he called the supervisor and the room was found. It was a smaller room on the 6th floor but it was late evening so we accepted it. Also no elevator ?. WC toilet ? water was leaking.

It was my second stay there. I love the location and the interior of the hotel. The rooms are huge The breakfast was available kind of late, starting at 10 I think... Had to skip it, would be great if it was available at 8
