They did not allow us in pool, said there were chemicals in there. We paid high price for pool

We liked the comfortable bad. We got a room for 3 even though we ordered a room for 4. They also brought us towels for 3 every day. Breakfast was not varied. Not that tasty. Many things were missing and the refill was pretty slow. The hotel team were not smiling at all. The swimming pool was cold and small. The location wasn't good. Around us, there were renovations so one day we didn't have a water stream at all.

The garden and pool area only Staff were smoking in common areas with disregard to guests and children near by. On check in day, they had no linen and couldn’t set up the rooms. Housekeeping did a terrible job cleaning during the stay and would leave dirty towels on the floor. For the last two days there was no hot water in the hotel and we were unable to shower.

The hotel doesn't have many rooms, so I didn't have to meet others, not lousy. The AC didn't work well. Once I talked with the front desk person,,, but no improvement. The room was not warm enough and it was difficult to take a shower. If the room had a thermometer, i would have been able to say "It has been cold for hours" Overall, not comfortable

It is a very quiet location but easioy accessible. The conceirge was very helpful in organising an inexpensive taxi to the irport in the middle ot the night. THhe breakfast was good and you can stay in your rooom until miday.. The room heater takes ttime

It was the nice stay feeling like in a really hotel (didn't have that many in our journey to Georgia). Comfortable room and bathroom, good breakfast, respectful stuff The pillows were not very comfortable for me. There is a wine fridge in the room with the very bright lighting in the night.

The location was fairly okay. The hotel was kept clean. Staff has to be better. They change bed sheets every 3 days only. At least that's what they told us. And we had to ask them on the 4th day to change the sheets. They are supposed to be prompt about such things. One day they didn't take out the trash on time. Their claim was that we were in the room for the whole day. If we really didn't want to be disturbed, I would use the DND sign. It shouldn't be an excuse to not take out the trash. FYI, this is just a feedback to the management so that they can make things better. All in all, we liked it

Super clean, modern rooms, good a/c and balconies. Charming location amongst community. Not a deal breaker - it’s no within walking distance of any major tourist areas - easy to hop in a Bolt from here or get public transport.
