The electrical outlet did not work very well and some were complete broken.

The place gets the job done. a nice clean room to spend your night. nothing fantastic but nothing bad. The receptionist gentleman was very nice and spoke good English (If you read this review, I'm sorry I forgot your name although you told me your name several times :D) Breakfast was okay, some items tasted weird, not necessarily bad but it didn't match our taste. Room has no view at all and it's located on a very very steep long inclined street (we stayed there by the end of our trip and our legs were already dead so we decided we would never walk this street. it's good that Bolt is reasonably priced in Tbilisi). As i mentioned, this place gets the job done to have a decent place to sleep at the end of your day.

The location was great, and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was nice, but only big enough for one person. Some of the towels provided were dirty, and the reception staff were sometimes absent at key times during the day. The staff were also not friendly or welcoming. I used the laundry service but my clothes were not ironed properly/were creased upon delivery to me.

When I checked into the hotel, my room was small and the staff quickly fixed the problem for me at an additional cost. The new room was clean and comfortable. The robes were dirty but the environment was pleasant.

Internet was very weak

the photo doesn’t match the actual. It was a 4star hotel and yet, there is not room heater and no AC. some lights are out already - out of 6 lights, only 2 was functioning. I report it to the reception since day 1 and they told me they will fix it, but nothing was done. Majority of the staff doesn’t know how to speak english. The bed. They said they will provide King size bed. But it is just 2 single beds, combined together!

Modern interior, good location, very friendly housemaids, bed size, a lot of switches to set up the illumination in different ways, cleanliness, two balconies (it's fun) The room feels too small; the douche was broken when we arrived and could only be fixed on the next day (and it was)

It’s small cozy boutique hotel, staff is very friendly and breakfast was really good, feels like home. Overall all good ?

The hotel works fine for a short stay, especially if you only need a place for one or two nights. The location is actually very good — just a five-minute walk to Old Tbilisi and the market — which makes it convenient for exploring the city. The reception staff also helped when I faced an AC issue, and overall the setup is simple and straightforward. The hotel is small, just one floor, which makes it easy to move around, and it offers the basics you’d expect for a quick stop in the city. However, the uphill walk to reach the hotel can be tiring if you go in and out often. The check-in felt a bit unfriendly, the balcony was very small, and the room wasn’t very clean, with some insects noticed. Noise was also an issue at night, with kids running around in the one-floor space. Overall, decent but not ideal for longer stays.

The rooms were nice and spacious. It was clean and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

This is an excellent hotel. I came from Dubai and always visit Georgia, but this is the first time I’ve met such kind and respectful staff—especially Shako. He upgraded my room for free when the one I booked was small. He was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and meeting the manager. Clean and safe
