The host had an extremely poor attitude and was unprofessional throughout my stay. I felt misled by the listing and disappointed by how the situation was handled. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking here don’t book this. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. The property is advertised as a hotel, and the host also told me it was a hotel with cleaning service. However, when I arrived, it turned out to be just a room rental, and there was no cleaning service as promised. I felt completely misled by the listing and the information provided. The room was dirty and in terrible condition. It clearly had not been properly cleaned before my stay. When I raised my concerns, the host was unprofessional and had a very bad attitude instead of trying to resolve the issues. To make matters worse, I felt pressured by the host to leave a positive review despite my negative experience. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property stay away. Our favorite place to stay in Tbilisi. Stayed here not for the first time. Perfectly clean, really perfectly. Very cozy. Silent neighborhood. In the studio you have everything you need, including small kitchen with cooking utensils, dishes, cups, etc. Good-quality always clean bed linen, cotton clean towels. And very hospitable host! No elevator, but for us it does not matter. Also the host always helps to bring the luggage upstairs and downstairs, if needed.

Everything is just perfect. If anyone wants to stay in a cozy hotel with an amazing environment, it's a great choice. Everything is clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities.

A/C, clean. No curtains/blinds in the apartment and no protection again insects.

It's very peaceful place

Room was okay and clean overall however we weren’t provided with an AC remote. had to call the staff every time we needed the AC turned on or off which was a bit frustrating for us. And there weren’t a refrigerator in our room and when we asked the staff if we can use the one downstairs we were told no. so there was no way for us to store our food and drinks. the staff was not friendly or nice and was very hard to communicate with. When we were checking out there was nobody in the reception and when we called we were told to leave the key and leave service and communication

The location up the hill is fantastic. Everything is green, clean, and tidy. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I even extended my holiday 7 days more. The hotel management makes you feel at home. I had an amazing holiday in beautiful Georgia?. Nothing made me uncomfortable. In fact, I liked it all ?

No break fast and no food near by It can not be called as a hotel No food in the hotel and no restaurants near by. We can buy some noodles and bread from the shop. Only only kettle available in the room no staff seen. They will lock the hotel and we have to open the reception gate with our key.. I left the key in reception with one of the staff and evening found the front door locked. No response if call the hotel no as well. Finally I had to call police at 8pm to get in.

The room was clean and had all the amenities. A representative of the hotel who was coordinating with me on WhatsApp probably mistook me for some other guest and at the last minute said she did not have a room for us only to correct herself when I told her I have a confirmation from booking.com. Others everything was perfect.

The room is good, facilities were provided as mentioned. There's one or two super markets close to it. The staff is friendly. There is hardly one cafe at a walkable distance from this location. We struggled finding a nice place to eat at a walkable distance.
