View The fact that i wanted to stay a bit more for 1-2 hours, was ready to pay but they have told me that in that case i needed to pay for a full day price

Staff are friendly There is no bidet spray in the bathroom.

The walls are not sound proof The elevator does noise that wakes u up at night The rooms are designed 75% of the way

The only downside was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and many of the options were rather heavy and oily. However, we were still able to find something we enjoyed. Overall, the beautiful room, amazing view, and helpful staff made this a very enjoyable experience.

Location, cleanliness Breakfast can be improved

This list is long. The rooms are ridiculously noisy, like impossibly noisy with the elevator noise if you are not staying in one of the rooms with a balcony. The eggs were cold at breakfast, and they didn’t even bother making my bed on the third morning.

Location: The hotel is in a quiet spot, just a short walk from Holy Trinity Cathedral and not too far from the old town. It’s peaceful, which we appreciated after busy days exploring, but still close enough to get to the main attractions easily. Breathtaking views!!!! Staff: The staff were amazing- super friendly and always ready to help. They gave me great tips about the city and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warmth really made the stay special. Only the towels that we want to have it changed everyday.

Good location

The staff si friendly, we have a late flight after check in and we used their lobby to stay.

The cleanliness and beautiful view. The balcony area is a little loud because it’s on a busy road.

It was really clean and neat. Everything was working normally. Whole ambience was nice. I liked breakfast too. View was also nice. I liked everything. Since I prefer walking, location was a little problem for me. (People might use buses and taxis) And there are railways next to the hotel. So it might be a problem for some people because of the noise at night. But not for me.

The location is not enough comfortable. It is an old district with a lot of construction works near by.

The hotel was brilliant, clean rooms and tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly and very helpful with recommendations. One of our group forgot some of their valuables and they were very quick to help us. We would definitely stay again if back in Tbilisi. Thank you! Nothing

When checking in at 4am in the morning, they should have let us know that there was construction going on in the place and drilling and banging will start at 9am.. if I had known this, wouldn’t have booked for it

Breakfast is very poor

Breakfast was fine, a buffet. In fact the hotel would have had 4 to 5 stars, but for the major problem below. We booked 5 rooms for a business meeting in Tblisi, and staff flew in from all over the world for it. The hotel did not have a meeting room, so one of the rooms we upgraded to a suite with a sofa, meeting table etc. No sooner had we all sat down and exchanged pleasantries, we got a knock at the door and 8 police and intelligence service personnel came in, wasting a couple of hours, busting our schedule. The hotel manager stood with them. After confirming everything we do is entirely legal and normal business, they left. The hotel manager had called the police and intel services just because she thought a meeting of engineers at her hotel was suspicious, for reasons we cannot fathom. This could easily have gone down a rabbit hole, so we will not be coming back. We lost so much time, that we had to organise a continuation meeting in Portugal and fly everyone in to there. I have had engineering meetings all over the world over decades of my working life: this craziness is the first time. This hotel is dangerous to stay in, due to the actions of the manager.

Spacious space. Clean and comfort.

This is the best HOTEL in Tbilisi! Period!!! Staff is amazing, very quick and easy check in & checkout! breakfast has few options if you looking for HALAL but it does fill your tummy! Now the location is the best part of the hotel! It has a very great overview of "trinity church Tbilisi" its not in the city center! so its calm & quiet. but yes there is a railway track in front, but we weren't bothered about it! as i mentioned its not exactly in the center of the city it comes with a lot of advantages, like less busy streets, more cafe's and mostly all kind of supermarkets etc. nearby. Also to travel around you can avoid the city traffic unless you wan to visit city center. Also there is plenty of parking right in front of the hotel! (and its free) Best part is room! we booked the one with city view with balcony (recommended) Its not small! it has plenty of space! the King size bed is bigger than King size! If you are muslim you are here for a treat the bathroom has Bidet, Shattaf (whatever you call it) unlike the other hotel we stayed this one has it! and it does provide hot & cold water too (Ha Ha) The bathroom has also plenty of space! Room equipped with everything you need for the weather! although in the night it was moderate cold mornings were very chilled (I loved it) I suggest ask for 4th or 5th floor facing the city! I will definitely stay in this hotel if I go back to the city. There's Nothing to dislike, but if they could provide lunch and dinner (which every hotel in Georgia should do) that would have been awesome, because we order every night even the receptionist encouraged us to order out! which they could easily make money out of! F&B is one of the best way to make money for every business! So i'm not sure why many hotels in Georgia doesn't take advantage of this! Anyways everything else is perfect.

Best breakfast! Great view from balcony room, large clean rooms. Great stay.
