Great hotel with an awesome restaurant on the top which offers an smazing view. Staff at reception (Maria) is awesome and welcomed us very well. Highly recommended.

They were very thoughtful and gave us rooms next to each other and allowed early check in which was great. The rooms were very stylish, the view from the suite we had was stunning Showers with no door. And the hill is quite challenging

Nice room with great view and located close to the old center. Room had a weird smell. The ventilation did not help at all, we had to keep the window open almost non-stop (in the middle of winter).

Excellent next door location to Holy Trinity Cathedral. New Hotel, quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is tasty with plenty of choices. The views from the top floor restaurant are stunning as you look out over the entirety of Tbilisi. Golden hour must attract a large ig crowd. We stayed on a Friday night and the restaurant does get busy and loud. We parked right next to the hotel without issues. The elevator was broken.

Clean n easy to access to other location l. Good breakfast. Rooms could be a bit more spacious to accommodate a table n 2 chairs.

What I didn’t like: the cleaning was terrible. In our deluxe room, we found someone’s old, forgotten slipper under the bed. Housekeeping is careless — tea and coffee sets are not replenished, towels are not changed daily. On the last day, before check-out, no one came to clean the room at all until 17:30. Overall, the impression was ruined.

In one of the rooms there was an issue with a mini bar. The guests hadn't used it but still two chocolate bars were "missing", therefore they were forced to pay for it. Just be attentive to what is there in it and what is not.

Keep in mind that if you get a room on 0-1-2 floors, most likely your view will be directed to the light office or garbages… Hard to arrive by public transport or walking. The stuff is unfriendly.

The rooms are nice, the restaurant is great, and the view is fantastic. But the breakfast?! The breakfast was spectacular!!

It’s a modern hotel with a nice rooftop The location being up at the top of a hill and not near much else wasn’t the most ideal. We had a past guest’s sock left in our room. The original baby bed they gave us had no mattress but was filled with blankets and was unsafe - the hotel then brought us an appropriate bed after we noted our baby wouldn’t sleep in the original one. Breakfast was just OK.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We lost our connection flight and we had to stay 1 night in Istanbul, losing 1 night in Tbilisi because of this and staff was very nice and understanding and they charged us only for 1 night, instead of 2 nights. Customer oriented staff -

Staff in reception “Mariam” and the guy were so nice and treat us in good way , breakfast delicious , and view of our room amazing. It’s far a bit from city , and need car because the hotel up the mountain, there’s a little shops around, and the breakfast place in basemen, we through it will be up in terrace.
