Tbilisi Center Hotel

The host was great! She was very friendly and outgoing and it was fun to talk to her. She made a great breakfast and seemed genuinely willing to help us however we needed, whether it was waking up at all hours to accommodate our flight times, or just asking us what we need or want. We felt very welcome and were happy to find this spot at the last minute. I think we got lucky and had a quiet night but I think this is generally a louder part of the city. Didn't affect us this night, though. No complaints at all.

This is my second stay, and I can't wait to visit Tbilisi Center Hotel again. It's a small, family-run business, and the hosts are exceptional. They do everything in their power to make your stay perfect. The breakfast is plentiful, homemade with great care, and the food is delicious. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Overall, I had an amazing time. N/A

I had a wonderful stay at Tbilisi Center Hotel. The place was very clean, well-organized, and felt safe. I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Madi, who was extremely kind, friendly, and truly heartwarming. She never hesitated to help us with anything we needed and made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared, and they were very considerate of our needs as Muslims. I truly appreciate their warm hospitality and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Great breakfast, very friendly host

- 1. Our first immediate impression - as soon as we exited taxi after reaching hotel, wife of the hotel owner (Madlena) instantly took our 4 months old baby in her hands. And they instantly helped us with our traveling stuff, and helped us to reach our room. That was already huge plus in our impression about them. Kakha and Madlena instantly felt in love with our small Maksim. As soon as we reach downstairs to breakfast, they would take him to play with (which ensured our peaceful dining ;). Yes, Madlena is the one who prepares breakfast, and, believe me, you would not regret if you decide to include breakfast in your stay with them. :) She prepares so tasty georgian traditional food that we always asked for more. And a beautiful black tea. Madlena is so lovely and kind person, who could never resist to take our Maksim if she spots him. She was crying the day we were about to depart from hotel. Kakha is very kind also. He is about to exchange your money to Lari (in our example Euros). He also has a small weight measuring scale if you need to measure your suitcase before your flight. - 2. Property itself - well, it REALLY has everything necessary. The bathrooms are exceptional. For example, you have split water pumbling for hand-holding and a separated one (hand-free) connected to the wall for more comfort. Hot water is always available. Street under balcony is mostly calm, so even our 4 month old baby could sleep without interruption. And, yet, you are literally in the Tbilisi downtown. Beds are comfortable. If you need a crib (small bed for a small child), they have it. Also, VERY IMPORTANT, if you need a taxi to and, especially, from airport, THEY ORGANIZE THEM FOR YOU in advance, regardless from where you are coming from, so you don't need to bother yourself with that. And a price is very cheap - 23 Lari. - 3. Location - you LITERALLY have everything on reach by foot, gorgeous Orthodox church, METRO (important), pharmacy, stores... Honestly and REALLY - we didn't manage to find anything bad or wrong... And, trust me, we visited a lots of hotels... :) They really left impression on us that they DO take care of their property and that they think of their possible guests in advance...

Our room was much smaller than it looked in the photos, apparently that was the smallest room. And there was construction trash outside of the hotel and maybe in the backyard/courtyard that made it less desirable.

The owner was very gracious and kind. She asked continuously if there was anything she could do to improve our stay. The air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was tasty and flexible. An excellent stay overall. Would stay again. The mattress was a bit hard for me.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I was working during my stay and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, and I especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Tbilisi Center Hotel during our visit to Georgia! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely owners, Madi and her husband Khaka. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Not only did they exceed all of our expectations, but they also made sure we left with a bottle of homemade Georgian Chacha as a keepsake! Madi made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Her homemade continental breakfast, complete with waffles and jam, quickly became a highlight of our mornings (the waffles and jam are now my new favorite!) And let’s not forget the Turkish coffee, it was absolutely incredible! The hotel’s location is perfect. It is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and just a 15-minute walk from downtown. The property itself is spotless, and our room was cozy, well-organized, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The water heater in the shower works perfectly, as do the air conditioner and heater in the room. Madi’s hospitality was beyond anything we could have imagined. She treated us like family, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable, and truly made us feel at home. Honestly, the service was on par with any 5-star hotel! We highly recommend this charming place to anyone visiting Georgia. We’re already planning our return! None

Superb

The accommodation was great, comfy and cozy, well located, clean. Supermarkets in walking distance. The host, Madi, was very welcoming, always had a good breakfast ready for us and she was even chatting with us, giving us recommendations and advice.

I cannot overstate how well we were received here. The is a family run hotel with wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The location is great for exploring the city, all the facilities are there, the breakfast is delicious with everything home made, everything is just great. We will be coming back for sure!

Everything was exelent. Good location, good staff, good room. Breakfast was taste, the host do it yourself. We were with child under 2 years and we asked about cot and we got it. Not many hotels in the city offer this option. Very recomend this place.

Everything was perfect, family greated me like one of their own, offered me homemade wine and cha cha, breakfast was amazing. Definitely recommend this place to everybody!
