Brand new small hotel, strategically located away from tourist rush center but within walking distance to it. Priced for budget travelers. Rooms a bit smaller than usual for this type, breakfast is not offered.

The hotel room is clean and cosy, and the location is excellent, you have all facilities around you including the bus station and metro. Also the wifi was strong. The 2 panorama windows were something to add more beauty to the room view. There wasn't any tea/coffee bags or sugar to do any hot drinks so we had to buy it ourselves. They didn't have telephone inside the rooms so we weren't able to call the receptionist in case we needed to ask about something. So we had to go downstairs to ask someone.

The location is ok(it’s great but it’s near the road so kind of noisy), the price is very reasonable and the receptionist is great and helpful The quality of everything is really poor: 1. The mattress is so bad that if one person is moving his hand another can feel all the movement 2 there is a strong odor in the bathroom 3 the hairdryer just started sparkling and almost blew up in my wife’s hands

Pros: + Location is very good. Hotel's situated near Metro Station Avlabari and 10 minutes walk from the Old City. The area is pretty safe. Also there's a lot of places to eat or buy local food near the hotel (supermarkets, cafes, markets, etc.) + Hotel's staff is very hospitable, polite and welcoming. They'll be happy to help you explore local gems and places to see. The cleaning service is also very good. + Hotel apartments look very fresh and cozy. It's a very nice place to sleep and have a rest especially if you're tired of sightseeing or business meeting. Things to improve: - Rarely it gets noisy outside. Hence it's necessary to admit that there's a little chance it would be less noisy somewhere else near the city centre. - During several days of my stay there was a Wi-Fi availability problem. Hope there won't be such troubles in future.

The view over the city is magnificent. No elevator made it difficult with the luggage. No breakfast was available.
