The hotel is located not too far from Avlabari Subway Station on a quiet street. Several convenience stores in the area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the hot items which Chervin, the owner, cooks herself. I’ve had a few chats with her, her staff and even her daughter when she was around. Very nice and friendly people. One thing I will never forget about this hotel is when I had to leave early for a tour and needed to skip breakfast - a few hours later I had a missed call and received 2 messages from the hotel on my phone asking if everything was OK since they didn’t see me at breakfast. That was unexpected, but greatly appreciated! Simple gestures like this tells you they value their guests and consider their guests important. If I come back to Tbilisi I will be staying at Hotel Luxin again. -

Location is pretty central, close walking distance to metro station. Beds are extremely comfy. I liked the lights in the rooms too. Breakfast was not worth it - extremely bland and basic, with nothing to drink when we got there at 9am. Charged excessive prices for minibar usage which were not listed. Room was also not cleaned during the stay. Obscured view of the city

Very good hotel, especially thanjs to the kind effords of the hotel director, Madame Mari, who tries to do her best to meet expectations of the hotel guests. Rooms are large enough, above the average hotel rooms in Georgia. Tv with youtube, A/C and refrigerators are available in each room. Some rooms have balcony. Rooms are cleaned daily and mostly sound proof. Most of the staff speak English. Hotel is close to Avlabari station, which is one of main centers of Tbilisi. None

I liked this hotel. Clean everywhere, good staff. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located close to the old town.
