The owner of the hotel was very helpful, answered all our questions quickly, the only downside was that the room was a bit small.

The owner Maya was so friendly. Because their wifi wasn't working properly, they gave us a bottle of wine as a gift. Thank you for that, thats so sweet. The room was small.

Very nice people, they even turned on the heating in the room before arrival to make it pleasant to enter. Additionally, the hotel is new and seems to have been recently renovated. There is no reception desk at the hotel, and the hotel owner lives behind the hotel. We wanted to check out and had to knock on their door for that. Additionally, the rooms are cleaned every two days. During one of the cleanings, they left us with only one bath towel, so we had to buy our own towel. Moreover, the room is right on the street, and we had to pay extra to move one floor up to avoid being at street level.

Pillows, too big and not the most comfortable. All the rest were very nice.

Newly constructed small family hotel, Booking pictures correspond to what I’ve seen, very welcoming and helpful hotel owner, reasonably priced stay. Comfortable hard mattress, small but smartly arranged room with a private balcony, quiet at night, city centre is in a walking distance. There is a good shawarma place nearby, small local market with cheap fruits and cheese and lovely Chrichina and Petnat Wine Bar.

The room is comfortable and clean. My favorite part about this hotel is the balcony and the washroom, they were both comfortable and convenient for me. The bed is also fluffy and comfortable, you will have limited moving space in the room but you will not spend the entire day in the hotel room. Make sure to pack your own toiletries because what they provide is basic needs just enough for you to manage once you arrive and rest. The manager Irakli was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed his assistance, you can reach him on WhatsApp at any time and he will happily help! Room is equipped with mini fridge, smart TV, water boiler, cups and some coffee and tea. Toilet is equipped with 2 small bottles of shampoo, 2 small bottles of shower gel, hand soap, bidet, toilet paper and hair dryer. Its beautiful enough for you to feel at home and rest in a quiet and peaceful area. Make sure to pack light because there is no elevator, only staircase but easily accessible, some daily exercise is not bad. The design of the room and toilet especially is astounding, the location is also great, close to plenty of local restaurants, local grocery stores, vegetables and fruits, local markets for spices and traditional home essentials, liquor stores, the Trinity Church, 10 minute walk to Rike Park, 15 minutes walk to Old Town and 17 minutes walk to Liberty Square. Thank you Irakli and everyone for giving me a comfortable stay ! Only that the room is a bit small, but perfect for solo traveller so it was no problem !

It is located very near the buzzy city and all the attractions yet the street is very quiet during the night. The room we have rented was the smallest one yet it had everything even a balcony. The host was very helpful and willing to share all the nice spots with us. Like I said we have rented the small room but we knew about it beforehand

The location is awesome for walking to several sites and restaurants. The hotel is easy to find. The staff was attentive and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The shower was plenty warm. The room was a bit small for backpackers. Bags will fit on the side of the bed, but there was not much space to spread out our gear.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and our room was super clean. Our host was also extremely friendly, gave great recommendations and put in a lot of effort to assist my partner and I. Overall, would definitely recommend a stay here!
