George and Natasha are very friendly and accommodating people and were waiting for me outside to arrive in the blistering heat for me to check-in. ? The hotel is located in a quieter area of town than most hotels in Tbilisi. Avlabari is a suburban area about 10 mins by taxi from the city center. There is a corner store 5 mins from the hotel that sells basic goods and supplies and the bigger stores (Spar) are 10 mins away and the Avlabari metro station 15 minutes away with even more stores, banks, cellphone companies (almost everything that you need) Any problem that I had George and Natasha were able to fix it.

The room was at the top of some steep steps, and it was a little hard to go up and down while carrying things. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, and though the metro and other attractions aren't too far, it's not the smoothest area to walk in compared to other parts of Tbilisi. It's all manageable, just maybe harder for those with mobility or vision issues.

Floor 10 :)) They must little upgrade in cleanliness coz we get white hair in floor. That sure from old man who stay before. And sometimes we found hair of animal. All over very great to stay here.

Quiet place and very good value. Facilities were very good for the price. Slightly out of the way but very close to the Cathedral.if you are looking for bars and restaurants they are a very cheap taxi ride away.

Very hospitable and attentive staff. Excellent location - quiet place but near to the center. Clean rooms and good bathroom. A grocery store is on the ground floor. Few times a day the Internet connection via hotel Wi-Fi spot was unstable - it was noticeable for me because I used it for work. But it happened just a couple of times.

I usually do not give bad reviews, but for the sake of future visitors, I must write down the real situation. The location is remote. On the day I checked in, the reception of the hotel said there was no wifi, and it would be available tomorrow. But I asked Wifi the next day and didn't tell me the password. I gave 100GEL and dragged me down for a long time and they didn't break the change. I changed many different accommodations in Tbilisi, and this was the worst one.
