The staff were welcoming and the room was pleasant. There were only shampoos, no toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers. There weren't many options for breakfast.

Perhaps some privacy, as in coming and going from the property as there was always someone at the reception, in the reception area. However the owners and staff were very friendly.

Hot room, clean, good georgian breakfast. Tv not good for personal systems, i like connect tv to my laptop like as second monitor, but I don't find where hdmi cable connect to sputnik system.

Everything is ok expect the stair. Our room was in second floor and stair is old style which is struggling to go up. Hotel are managing by Family but they are really good.

First of all, I really like the staff; the women in the kitchen part were so kind and helpful. We also like the family who run the hotel, they were cheerful and helpful. The hotel location is so close to historical attractions. We could walk to all destinations from the hotel. Also, the breakfast was delicious. We ate fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, pastries at breakfast. They served home-made wine and it was also very good The beds were uncomfortable and a little bit old. The ladders to the top floor were narrow. There weren't any racks on the wall so we couldn't hang our towels or bags.
