Very dirty rooms not cleaned or disinfected properly. Mattress unprotected. Hair inside the pillows and etc…Very bad for European standards. Good enough for the country itself i believe….

It was comfortable to stay with the price,the owner Madam Maka and staff were really attentive towards our needs and very friendly. Even though we needed to walk a bit to the main attractions,Tbilisi old town,etc but it was near to shops and Avlabari Metro stations. Nothing

The location is close to the Rike park and the canle car. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty. They prepared full table for the two of us. The staff is very friendly. Plenty of free parking space on the street. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. No lift to the second floor.

Walls are not sound insulated. Noisy, rude nejghbor made one night start at 4am with no reprieve even after confrontation and message to staff.

Stay for one night as the place is few walking distance from the bus station. The room is small but it was very comfy and clean. Though it’s off the Old Town, walking downtown will only take 10-15mins. -
