The room was spotlessly clean and had real personality. In the best area of Tbilisi and amazing value for money. Staff were super nice and worked through our language barriers to help me - my favourite place I’ve stayed in Georgia so far!

The photos do not match the hotel. They must have more than one property or they are using photos from another property. Booking.com should do a better job at making sure that the photos and what the rooms actually look like are the same. The room I stayed in did not looking anything like the photos. It was old and run down. Cobwebs and insects in the bathroom. Very disappointed.

Great choice if you're visiting Tbilisi for a few days and want to stay somewhere relatively central. The location and guesthouse are both wonderful. The room was fully equipped, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was also really good. Highly recommended! Everything was great.

Building used to be one big house, so you can hear others from your room. I did not have problems with noise, though it may cause discomfort when all rooms are booked.

The location is great. Lots of bottled water Everything else was awkward. First of all the hotel don’t have our booked rooms and offer another. Because someone lived in the rooms that we have booked. The photos were taken many years ago or with lots of filter, because our rooms don’t looked fancy, it was tired and old. We have two rooms and in both of them was hair on pillows and sheets. The condition of the hotel is not good at all. You can see spiders without visiting zoo. The walls are with marks of mold and floods. The floor in bathroom is terribly cold, and there is no fresh air in a room. We even do not have a key to enter the front door, because lady on the front desk gave us nothing. We will never return to such a place
