Clean, comfortable, and quiet room located in a lively, very cool neighborhood full of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Breakfast was good. The service was excellent.

It's a quiet and cozy place. The staff is friendly and dedicated. It has its own restaurant.

The accommodation was in a great area, just of Rustaveli. It was quiet even in such a central location. There was a good breakfast provided. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again. The property is a short walk from the new Mtatsminda Park cable cars.

the checkin lady was friendly and provided all the needed details. they prepared a togo breakfast box and left it in the fridge with a note since I departed early, very kind of them the pizzeria downstairs doesnt play music so you shouldnt be worried about sleeping. be prepared to go uphil to reach this place, take a taxi if you've got large luggage the walls were very thin and you could hear every movement in the hallway. the toilet seat was broken

Good value for money. The room looks better than in the photo. It was quiet, despite the restaurant in the courtyard (maybe I was lucky since there were few people).

The hotel is located on a fairly quiet street off Rustaveli metro station. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The very good breakfast served in the adjacent café included an omelet and a good choice of cold items. There is no 24/7 reception (could be related to the low season). I had to call the number provided

Everything was fine until the hotel staff tried to unlock the door to and enter my hotel room unannounced, demanding payment from me at 11PM the night before checking out. For context this is the first time the subject of payment has been raised - no mention of it while checking in, nor when I had met and spoken to various staff during my stay, who had been lovely up until that point, so I assumed payment would be sorted on checkout. When I told them I would pay in the morning, they insisted “why not now?” and refused to leave which was very intimidating. They eventually left after a few minutes when I stopped replying through the door. Very strange and inappropriate behaviour.

Staff is very welcoming and kind. They are open to be flexible on spot. Proposed to change my room where a better conditioner is available. Their restaurant seemed nice, always fool of people. Smelled well. Although I didn't have time to try it on my own. I had to leave without breakfast and told that to the manager. I was ready to go without it. But they offered me to prepare it in advance and leave in the lunchbox. That was great! I appreciated and agreed. Although... eventually they didn't do it. Would be better to not give out false promises that sound so good. Raised expectations tend to be perceived as failure. The other thing I didn't like - a cockroach in my shower room and absence of toilet paper. During the night I had to walk around dark facilities in the search of toilet paper. No extra rolls spare in the room, nothing in cupboards outside the room in the coridor. Found a roll in a common female restroom 1 floor down. Not pleasant experience.
