Room size and window were great The place for breakfast was under cunstruction and you need to move very bad from the small lobby to room or roof top with a dangerous steps. On 2nd day ask for cleaning but its not good just empty the trash! Sofa bed is not comfortable

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, the staff were very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. I felt happy and comfortable. I would love to come back again!

Honestly, there wasn’t much I liked during our stay. The staff were polite, and the view from the roof was nice — but that’s about it. If you enjoy climbing ladders, then this is the place for you, because you’ll be going up and down different ladders all the time. There was a lot of renovation work going on inside, and the room was dirty. The internet started working only after we asked about it, and the breakfast was poor. Ladders, ladders, and more ladders! I started to hate ladders after staying at this hotel!

Beautiful view, comfortable bed. The staff is superb, even without knowing English - you can write in booking chat. There were renovation works, so the terrace wasn’t available. During the evening hours (18-20) there were work sounds and no water - I haven’t receive the update regarding both. If you’re interested in coming with public transportation, please be aware that the place is on hill. Breakfast is not good choice for vegetarians”value for money”.

friendly reception staff, breakfast was ok, room big enough, daily cleaning, value for money was ok, beautiful view from breakfast room on Tbilisi (panorama) pretty much all the rest; extremely noisy and very bad/ antisocial hotel guests making extreme noise at night (drunken people), power + water issues, old rooms/facilities, noisy airco, bad wifi, terrible public parking, we had to request a room change because the bed was terrible, the room cold and bathroom stinking (sewage smell), cleaning could be better

Despite the cold weather ( around 4 degrees at night), central heating was turned off and the split unit in the room didn't work either. Highly recommend the staff to do the technical maintenance and make sure that all equipment works properly.

Great location,clean rooms and stunning view of the city on the rooftop! Additionally to that:nice bath robes in the room,great breakfast. The window in our room was in the ceiling and it was without option to he open,however the ventilation worked pretty well so there was fresh air in the room.

It’s okay. The cheapest room is without a window.
