The room they gave us was unacceptable. The first room had a strong mold smell, which should never happen in a hotel charging these rates. it was the last room at the end of the corridor very small like a store room, and the mattress was old, uncomfortable, and clearly needed to be replaced. Instead of solving the problem, they are trying to sell us better room which is i clearly mentioned the room which is u showing to me its not a which i booked. The entire experience was a nightmare. The facilities were nothing special, and we even used them. The only thing we needed was the luggage weight scale before our flight. When we needed it in the middle of the night, it wasn’t working. The charge is over. When i asked where is the charger. Lets charge. The receptionist apologized, but an apology didn’t solve the problem. At that moment, I needed a working luggage weight scale—not an apology. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. You can take my comments seriously or ignore them, but understand that these are not empty complaints. I have more than 10 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, including with international hotel chains, so I know the standards guests should expect. You are a 4-star hotel, and people pay expecting a 4-star experience. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. There are serious issues that need immediate attention—from room maintenance and mattress quality to basic guest facilities. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements, because your current standards do not reflect the level of service and quality you advertise.

The reception staff were polite and welcoming. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the location was convenient. The room and hallway had an unpleasant smell. The bed was old and uncomfortable, and the upholstery was torn. The furniture also looked old and worn. Overall, the room needs renovation and better maintenance.

Probably worst booking I ever had in Tbilisi. The place wasn’t really far from center. When they gave us the rooms on was already occupied so when I enter there already was someone staying. Air conditioning wasn’t working. There were water marks on the ceiling.

The hotel room was very nice, the terrace as well. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had in a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The room wasn't that clean. there were cobwebs on walls. The surfaces were a bit dirty.

Breakfast was a lovely view over the City. Staff were friendly and gave some good tips on where to eat/visit etc. Location was not bad, close to the city centre. Although it is in an area that is quite hilly, so not suitable for those who find it difficult to walk or in a wheelchair. Pity the rooftop bar/restaurant wasn't open for anything other than breakfast. It is a fantastic space for an evening meal or mid-day beverage. TV in rooms didn't really work, suppose smart tv but couldn't access any channels.

There were not many options for breakfast, and the beds were not comfortable. Also even though we booked the room with balcony (and we were expecting to have a full balcony to sit outside), it turned out to be a french balcony, but this wasn’t mentioned anywhere before.
