This is a really comfortable and clean hotel. I personally like the top-floor rooms a lot as it means no one is stomping around above you. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is fantastic and huge! Wifi works well. The beds are comfortable (my preference is slightly firm). Good AC. Hot water and strong water pressure. Room cleaned regularly. The neighborhood is cool very and trendy, just removed enough from the tourist traps in the nearby old town. I extend my stay here. You're lucky to find a hotel this comfortable at this price. I didn't find a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger - cleaning staff disturbed me. Rooms are small but cozy. Sound isolation from the hallway isn't great - easy to hear other guests moving. But it's not a big/busy place. Sound isolation between the rooms seems good though. Water did cut out for about 10 minutes one day.

The staff were lovely despite the language barrier. The breakfast was outstanding with a different selection every day. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is located in a great neighborhood. Everything was great overall. The only issue we had was a ventilation problem in our bathroom, but it seemed to be a temporary one.

Hotel is just a few minutes from a public bus stop. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic, way beyond expectations! The owner is very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful time in Tblisi! No elevator, but the owner helped me carry my luggage up to my room. This “inconvenience” is greatly compensated by the ambiance of the property, which is nicely decorated and you feel at home immediately.

My favorite place in Tbilisi. Wonderful hosts, charming building and excellent location. All the ladies who work there are pleasant and the breakfast is great. Highly recommend! Nothing

Great location, close to Rustaveli metro station. The room was clean. The staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Madina. Since I only stayed one night, it wasn't a particular concern for me. However, future guests should keep in mind that the third floor is an attic conversion, located right under the roof. For example, when it rained for about 10 minutes one night, the sound of the raindrops was very loud because the room is directly beneath the roof.

Had two reservations in the same week so repeating : The lady manager ( taltuly ? ) is Something else … she manages everything. I got anything I wanted always. The best. Breakfast was very original. So many small plates of many things in the morning. And every day something else. And the staff is so nice really ! The location up hill But still worth the going up ?

And every day something else. And the staff is so nice really ! To get there you go up the hill for 10 minutes and you have some stairs inside. However it is worth taking a taxi when you get with your storage and after all the food I ate everyday , it is good to have a small walk ? And the staff helped with the suitcases in the stairs on arrival which solved my problem ?

We stayed extra nights at Lowell because it was perfect for our stay. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is memorable and the location worked very well, as it is in a cool neighborhood near wine bars and more. Highly recommend. n-a

The best thing in this hotel was the staff. They were so lovely so helpful that I loved staying at the hotel. The room was very spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The room was pleasently warm. The bathroom was large and comfortable. The room was super clean. The location was at the center of Tbilisi making it very easy to access places, especially the museums. My room even had the view of Holy Trinity Cathedral. What can I expect more. Be ready to climb the hill to get to the hotel.
