Practically, everything- I am really in love with this hotel. it has a great location, nicely decorated , it has a character ! The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable! But above all are the people - I have not met such friendly and accommodating staff and the owner in a very long time! Shota, David, Lasha, thank you so mush for your hospitality. - you exceeded my expectations Practically, nothing - I tried to think about some areas of improvement, but could not come with anything substantial ( unless you have some very specific requirements).

Location is perfect for tourists No elevator and had to climb 3rd floor with more than 25 Kgs luggage. Stairs were very narrow and slippery due to rain.

A cozy boutique hotel in the city center with a very original design, plenty of beautiful plants, a clean and comfortable room, fast internet, and exceptionally welcoming staff. The room was warm and inviting

Clean and quiet Every thing is good

The hotel has pretty high standards to serve their tourists. And what is impressive that they keep up with this standards. As far as property I liked pretty much everything, that’s why I keep coming back, and I think it’s not only me. They have very good location I mean walking distance from the main Rustaveli avenue and subway. The rooms are comfortable and super clean, stuff is extremely friendly, they make you feel home. Food is delicious. They can pick you up and drop you off in airport. So to put it in one sentence they are trying their best to meet your expectations.

Great location. Situated in a quiet neighborhood . Ample choices of restaurants nearby . Staff are great. Spacious room. Grocery stores are close by. In fact, there is one across the hotel. Walking distance to some main attractions in the city. There is a gap between one end of the shower tub and the wall which result to water dripping to the floor when showering. Not so accessible electronic charging by the bedside.

Friendly, welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, great location and excellent communication. The perfect base for exploring Tbilisi. Breakfast was very simple, but plentiful, and was always well prepared and served with a smile. I had an issue with my original room booking not being suitable but this was easily resolved and change of room provided without any problem. We were very grateful to be able to leave luggage after check-out. A note for light sleepers - the room on the ground floor is very close to the road and did not have light blocking curtains. This meant the room would light up every time a car drove past. There is also the expected noise of traffic and people walking past, although this isn't the hotels fault. I was kindly moved to a room at the top of the hotel and it was absolutely perfect!

As soon as you walk in, it feels cozy and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The beds were really comfy, the breakfast was tasty, and the Wi-Fi was fast.

My room was nicely appointed with a spacious ensuite bathroom. I slept well in the comfortable bed and appreciated having a desk to sit at to plan my day. The staff was great, and the owner took time to greet me and tell a little about the compelling history of the hotel. I especially selected the hotel because it promised "free parking," which can often mean that you might find a free place to park on the street. But here they actually reserve a space or two directly in front of the hotel and also provide spaces in a lock garage just steps away. The breakfast included fresh fruit and vegetables, and they'll make your eggs to order.

The charge is equavilant to a fancy hotel in the middle of old town for example, but It's a house with rooms inside that they rent in a really bad location. I paid more money for this room than in a corner room in IOTA hotel. The price dropped almost 100 larry at the day of the arrival, I contacted Booking.com for a price match, but the support is really terrible and they still haven't replied! Even after more than a month.

I travel a lot, but I have never seen such a boutique hotel with a magnificent and very original design. Amazing service, very fast Wi-Fi, great mattress, cleanliness at the highest level, city center but very quiet and calm at night. I recommend it!

Our room was in the third floor and the only access was through round stairs. Climbing those stairs with a heavy suitcase was not a nice experiment

Large, clean room, Friendly and helpful staff

The room was clean and quiet, which is the most important thing for me. The mattress was fine, and I slept well. Staff were friendly. I didn’t spend much time in the room, but for what I needed, it worked well. Would stay again if I’m in the area.

The people! The location! This is a great family hotel in Tbilisi, where everyone wants to help you if something is wrong, where you have great breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended

Room was very spacious , neat and super clean . Communication was good. Midnight reception service for late check in was hassle free. I would recommend this for easy stay and even McDonald's is also in 10 min walking distance. Cab service (Bolt) is easily available . We can leave the luggage for certain time in there lobby. Checkout time at 12 noon is not appreciated, also they offered me the cab pick-up service which was 75 GEL, but actually Bolt app will cost only 30 GEL. Between floors you have to walk, no lift, For us it was okey.

The team at The Hotel British House team offered an outstanding service 24 hours a day. The owner of the Hotel was onsite and accessible. The breakfast offered a wide variety at a reasonable cost. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds offer a comfortable night of sleep and this is an old building with solid walls so no noise coming from other rooms.. The Hotel features typical charming Georgia furnishings/decorations and there is an open courtyard in the foyer. Well worth a look around the local area as full of shops, bars and restaurants. Cabs are reasonably priced throughout Tbilisi and the hotel can order with their preferential rates. Tbilisi has a lot to see and do. Nothing to suggest as an improvement.

The decor is cozy and comfortable. The location was really convenient with restaurants and bars all around. It was about 20 to 25 minutes of working to get to freedom Square. There was nothing, to be honest. We were very happy during our stay here, and I highly recommend this property to anyone Tbilisi, Georgia.

Everything was just great, nothing to complain about. Just one thing: street is rather noisy, so if you like sleep with open window take this into account. But, again, everything else is perfect for Georgia / location / price range.
