Fantastic room, with excellent views to the city. Great facilities like a kitchen and free laundry. The host was super kind and helpful, reaching out early to help with anything. Very close to the city centre and sites.

Everything is great!! 10 minutes' walk to the center. There is parking. There is a kitchen, you can cook, and very good places to sit and eat. The hotel is very nice.

It’s price and that it’s near to everything Nothing

Location and property

We had stayed 2 night and it was amazing. I got the room view Tbilisi city along with the lake and very easy access waking to the city. Groceries and shops are walking distance. Staff are helpful and very kind. Room was very clean and amenities are available. Free kitchen, washing machine available and roof top are perfect for the city view. Highly recommended this hotel. Better to keep signing board along with the hotel name near by road and it will helpful for find the exact location.

It was a nice and relaxing stay. I really like the vibes of the manager/owner. She always smiles and it gives you a home vibes with her gestures. I don’t see much people in Georgia smiling except her. I stayed in 101 and it was nice. Nothing

Very nice and friendly staff! Amazing view from the balcony and terrace. The only thing-bathroom needs renovation.

Cozy and clean

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. They truly made me feel welcome. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The location is also a big plus. It is conveniently close to many great attractions despite its located uphill. Overall its a great place to stay with excellent service and perfect location. Highly recommended. None.

The first thing I noticed was that the hotel’s location is quite complicated. It’s a bit far from the central area — about a 10-minute walk — and the path leading there is rather dark and feels a bit scary at night. When I arrived, I found that the hotel is a tall building with not many facilities available. The worst part, however, was the pillow — it was very lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on, probably because it was old. On the first night, the towel I got was also very old and thin, which didn’t feel clean or comfortable to use. In addition, the shower head was broken, so I couldn’t hang it properly, which made showering quite inconvenient. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
