Hotel Tbilisi Story

The walls are paper thin therefore we lost two nights of sleeps - one because of a loud neighbor, the other because of super loud guests. The hotel did nothing in any of those cases. The staff did not want to help asking the loud guests to stay quiet, therefore I had to deal with it during the middle of the night - luckily they were nice enough to stay silent from now on.

The staff was very kind and helpful The room was super clean and the location was near city center The room I booked was small But there are more options available

Really liked this place. It’s in a quiet, kind of secluded area, so it feels calm and not busy at all. Additionally, the soundproofing is great. And the rooftop view was probably my favorite part. Minor thing for me, but the hotel is on top of a hill, so if you’re planning to walk around, be ready for a bit of an uphill climb

the hotel staff wonderful , especially NATIA & MIRIAM, they feel us like home .

The hotel team was always helpful and cooperative, especially Mariam & Natia . There is no elevator, and I would prefer more variety at breakfast.

This Hotel was our favorite one in Tbilisi while staying in Georgia for 2 weeks. The Check-in was smooth. We arrived too early but storing our luggage was no problem. The manager of the place shared some interesting stories about the country with us. It was a pleasure talking to her everyday. Breakfast was severed at the rooftop. The terrace was our favorite place to hang out especially while watching the sunset. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The interior design is well done. The Holy Trinity Cathedral is just around the corner and well worth a visit. We really had a great time staying at Tbilisi Story Hotel. A trash can was missing.

Location is good The rooms are very congested, which is not ideal for families. If you have two large bags, there's hardly any space to walk. There is no kettle in the rooms — it's only available in the common area on the rooftop, so you have to go to the 5th floor to use it.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was so friendly. The location of the place is pretty close to the Old Tiblisi. There were not many options in the breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Mariam and other staff were so helpful and friendly. We’re appreciate dor that. Breakfast was very good. When i found turkish coffee i felt like at home ? The location near from city center but on slope location you could be some tried while wolking during summer times. Everything seems like clean the first day. But our room was not cleaned very well during our stay. Hair was never removed from the shower and bed sheets were never changed.

Nice hotel nice breakfast nice staff very helpful especially Miss Mariam, she so kind help us solve problems.

Things to improve: Breakfasts, add a chair/armchair to sit in the room, the door closed at 3 AM

This was my favorite part of the stay—just sitting there and enjoying the beautiful view of Tbilisi. - Breakfast is a bit repetitive, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal for me. - The rooms are small, but given the price, they’re still a great deal. Plus, we were out exploring all day, so it didn’t really matter. - It can get a bit noisy at times, but nothing unbearable.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff was very polite and helpful, always ready to assist us. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions.

Spent 9 days there staff was so helpful really appreciate it.
