Old Side Boutique Hotel

Wonderful small hotel with just ten rooms. Fantastic location in the old city, yet rather quiet, since it is not directly on one of the street with lots of tourists. We had two rooms, one on the second and one on the fourth floor. The view from the second floor room was nice, the view from the fourth floor room was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast was very tasty (thank you, Tamara!). All the staff was very nice and accommodating.

I liked the closeness to the center. The room design was nice. The road to the hotel was very confusing. Partly because of the city's road structure, but I would prefer a hotel on the main road, not narrow roads on which navigation maps do not work correctly (neither Waze nor Google Maps could properly show closed roads). The facilities in the room. For example, simple things like no rubbish bin inside the main room, only one in the bathroom, which is uncomfortable considering a 4-star hotel. Also, for a 2-person room, only one green tea and one black tea bag. When asked to double them, they said: "One person may drink green tea, another black tea". Even the water bottles were not free. The breakfast was not ideal for a 4-star hotel either.

The walls in the room were dirty, and because of this it wasn’t always pleasant to stay there.

A very nice hotel at the center of old town. Clean rooms with beautiful authentic bathrooms. The host Tamara and staff are very helpful. Delicious breakfast, hand made pastries and cakes by Tamara herself! Perfect for a wonderful Tbilisi experience.

Bed sheets and towels are very clean

I didnt like her response as we genuinely suffered finding a parking in old tbilisi when the sole reason to book this stay was on site parking. Please dont make guests food by lying about things which you dont have

They messaged that we will provide extra bed for the kids but when i reached there they said sory we dont have this facilty location and ambience is nighttmare.The reception guy was like a druggy man with no information.The hotel looks like hostel fir backpackers.location is also very worst.They charged me and didnt refund.I told them plz refund me but they were sory we cant help you out.In the end with no option. I had to leave for another hotel.worst experience

The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was quite convenient. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the breakfast options were limited. Furthermore, bottled water was not complimentary and required an additional charge. While the location is convenient, the hotel is somewhat difficult to find; it took me 15 mins to locate it. Other than this, it was good.

Big Thanks o Nini and Tamara. I asked them to assist my family while i as not with them, they helped my dad and mom alot. My parents are very happy with those hotel, staff and everything.
