The staff and location are wonderful. It's a pitty that the photographs of the room published in Booking led me to reserved the wrong room. I needed a room for three (or two rooms). The images looked like an small appartment, a suite. But it was just a big room with two beds. It was a very uncomfortable situation.

Everything in our stay was just great! Nice cosy rooms, helpful staff, excellent location and tasty breakfast. Thinking to book this hotel again next time we are in Tbilisi!

The best part of our stay in this hotel was to have an excellent homemade breakfast on the upper deck, serviced by Mariam, Anna, Marika and Zini. Thanks, ladies, for your hospitality!

The breakfast, location and most of the staff. The check out. The young man at check out was very strange. He called someone to check if I took something from the room. Just like they do on cheap motels. Then he said " the room is ok" .

Location and staff Perfect stay in the heart of Tbilisi! Our experience at Shardeni Villa was exceptional. The location is ideal — right in Old Tbilisi, close to everything yet peaceful. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the highlight was definitely breakfast on the veranda with a beautiful view — such a relaxing and charming way to start the day. Wonderful hospitality and atmosphere. Highly recommended! Make more fresh scents inside hotel

Great location, food , comfortable Little smell in furniture that’s it .

Perfect Location, decent Breakfast The kitchen lady could be more polite & accomodating in giving us entry to the breakfast room a little early or a better ear for packed breakfast when we needed it becuase of early trips and our dietary restrictions, one of the family members being diabetic.

The lady in reception was very friendly and made best efforts to help us. Very nice breakfast terrace. Let’s start with location - it’s super central but it’s also a downside as it was extremely loud during the night till 6-7 AM with closed windows. We couldn’t sleep at all. Second - hotel looks very shabby and definitely needs renovation. We booked and paid for 2rooms for 3 nights but left after one night which doesn’t happen very often.

Amazing location, within walking distance from liberty square, and many nearby good restaurants. The breakfast is good and it’s nice having it from the balcony, with a great view. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly, shoutout to Christina from the reception for being very helpful and kind.

Located at the heart of the old city, close to everything. Busy city life around with many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.Clean and comfortable room Nothing

quite noisy because of the location.
-
The location is the best you can find. Walking distance to all of the main attractions. The breakfast on the terrace with the view is amazing. The cleaning at the nearest rooms is very noisy. It is very disturbing when you are trying to take a nap at the morning hours.
-
Surrounding is too loud, you will not be able to sleep in the night until 4am

Location, cleanliness Noice from the street

The room was small but very functionally furnished. It has appliances and stuff we need. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a beautiful mountain view. It was delicious, and I highly recommend matsoni (homemade Georgian yogurt).

Breakfast is very good, with fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and a few tasty bakery items. The local staff are friendly, and talking with them is interesting. The local food is also very tasty. The building is not renovated, and the rooms are quite small, which may feel less comfortable for a longer stay.

the staff was very nice and helpful, special thanks to Kristina! The best thing about this hotel is its location- right in the center.
