The location was great. The romms were not clean, utility was working bad.In the morning there was no electricity and in the evening water??‍♀️

The hotel has a great location, close to the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The room was a bit small and the sound insulation could be better. Breakfast options were somewhat limited.

I arrived at 6am, it took me four times to ring until i woke up receptionist. I’ve asked for early check in and was told that there is nothing available, but i think that he was just too sleepy to deal with check in at that time. I was walking around for 6 hours early in the morning(dark outside), hanging in 24/7 restaurants because i wasn’t even offered to stay in the lobby and it was 0’C outside, not to mention offering a hot tea or coffee since i was traveling for more than 20 hours. When i came again after 12pm, lady at the front desk told me that my room is ready but they will charge me extra 20 lari for early check in. I would be happy if they charged me any price when i came early in the morning, but this way it looks like they just want to get money from customers, any money, even 20lari. For just 7,8$ they got really angry customer. When i entered the room there was chewing gum stick on the floor with some hair on it. First time i didn’t have that bad experience, but this time I’ve realized that they don’t care about customers and coming back, its just instant money what they want. AC controller doesn’t have nothing with actual AC, its just using as a thermometer, you can set it on 30’c its going to be not more than 22’c in the room because its central AC.

The hotel has a beautiful design, very clean rooms, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The location is excellent and close to many attractions, making it very convenient to explore the city. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met my expectations and the stay was very comfortable.

Cleaning - 3 days, no proper cleaning

Best location. Right on Meydan area. Short walk to most historical locations in old city. Surrounded with best restaurants.

It is normal, a little old maybe that is why they dont pay attention to the maintainance. Hotel is Old! Room has flies, We stayed 3nights and they never clean the room even once. No water replenishment. We only had 2bottled water for 3nights in the room. We paid for extra. The receptionist when we arrived isnt approachable, irritated, And not accomodating. beddings are itchy. room is very hot.
