برای یک اقامت اقتصادی در قلب مرکز شهر بسیار پیشنهاد می‌کنم درست کنار میدان بازار هست و اطرافش پر از دسترسی های خفن مدیر ولادیمیر بسیار مهربان و دوستانه برخورد می‌کنه و کمک های زیادی به ما کرد ساختمان قدیمی هست و امکانات کمی داره که با توجه به قیمت اقتصادی ایرادی ندارد و صبحانه رو من متاسفانه دوست نداشتم

位置非常优越，环境优美，古波斯楼台；员工亲切，主动帮助拿行李上楼； 先做早餐?。 也许是古老建筑，会有一些气味，开阳台门可以缓解。 无烟房少了一些，建议室内多空气流通。

The hotel has several issues. First the noise; there is loud music playing outside until 1am, and the sound isolation is not sufficient for guests not to hear it. We had to have our room changed to the upper floor because we could hear the pipes and everything that was happening at the reception. The bathrooms have transparent glass doors so there is very little privacy. They have private parking with a few spots but it's really difficult to get inside. In general, I think they need to do a few improvements for guests to really feel at ease.

Place was perfect, very comfortable near everything, balcon view was something awesome day and night, near Armenia church ?

The location, right in the center of old town close to all attractions nearby. Though it’s a hotel, its appearance look more like a part of the church. Loved the unique layout, its safe parking in the courtyard. Enjoyed the surrounding view.

Hotel in the prime location. Very neat to Maidan Bazaar. And easy access to some of the main spots in old town. Rooms were good. Heating was very much controllable which was good. Good balcony view too. Bathrooms could be a better overall, in terms of its facilities.

Clean the location comportable

Perfect location, excellent view, nicest private balcony and the balcony for breakfast. Very professional and attentive manager Vladimir, thank you very much for carrying my heavy luggage! Clean newly refurbished room, nice homemade breakfast. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the historical center of Tbilisi, right in the courtyard of the Armenian Church. There is a beautiful balcony with a beautiful view. The rooms are very dirty. Bed linen and towels are stained and very old. There is nothing I would like to praise. The workers are guys probably from India, when I complained to the mobile phone that the room (apartment) was not clean, they just shrugged their shoulders and said that they were sorry. That there was no other room. We took two rooms. One was a double, the other an apartment. The apartment is more expensive, but much worse. I hope this review will make the owners reconsider their attitude towards the hotel and guests!

It would be good for couples, but we chose a double room as a travel group. The bathroom was made of transparent glass and mirrored wardrobe doors, so it was embarrassing to use the bathroom when showering. Other than that, the hotel management was clean and nice.

Location was very good.Staff also helpful. The bathroom was covered with glasses.For couples may be this was fun and ok ,But for friends l felt little uncomfortable
