Convenient hotel, clean room, really great location near the city center and the metro station. Really quick check-in and check-out and the staff was friendly yet professional.

The bed are so comfortable, rooms are clean, the location is the best, just 5 minute walk to Liberty Square. I am a person who don’t really use much cash as much as possible, so most of the time, I arrive in a “pay at the hotel” places without cash, which mostly are cash basis only. Now I told the old man I will pay later and i will rest for a while in translator, I slept for hours, then woke up, so I opened the lights. I didn’t know the door is not locked enough cause you need to lock and turn it twice. The lights were on, and he just barged into the room and demanded the payment. I was shocked cause I am in the toilet, I used translator to tell him I haven’t been outside yet. He looked pissed and that ruined my stay in the hotel and felt unsafe.

Nothing We agreed to pay for early check-in and arrived early in the morning as planned. The self check-in requires someone to open the door remotely after you ring the electronic doorbell, which we did, but no one responded. We rang it at least 50 times and got nothing. When we called the owner, instead of helping, she was shockingly rude and said, “I don’t care, you either come or don’t come, it’s up to you.” We were left standing outside with no access. To make it worse, the building itself is in terrible condition, the hallway is old, poorly maintained, and has a strong, unpleasant smell, almost like catpiss. Absolutely unacceptable service and attitude. One of the worst experiences we’ve had. Avoid this place.

Great location, in liberty square area of Tbilisi, next door to good restaurants and grocery stores/shops. Air conditioning worked great, and the host was very friendly and helpful Nothing to say here

Stay away from this scary place! Very tiny ladder and it's impossible to go up. Scary door and the inside also looks like in horror movies. I didn't stay here.

Good location, close to many attractions. Friendly staff. Assisted with late check-in. Room a bit small/cramped, but adequate for a short stay.

The location is awesome. Easy to find if you walk up from the liberty square. The price is good for budgeting and have different options. Don’t be scare by the stair???

Everything is clean, modern and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. The girl at the reception was super friendly and helpful. WiFi worked great, the shower was amazing, and they even allowed me to leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Location is great too, 2 mins walking from Liberty Square. Old building and outdated staircase, but it didn’t really matter, as the hotel itself is modern and clean.

Super friendly staff - great communication. Very clean and excellent location. Highly recommend. The entryway to the building is off-putting.

On the bright side, the host is super friendly and easy to talk to. The location is right in the heart of everything, so getting around is a breeze. Wi-Fi is excellent. The kitchen has got the basics covered: stove, microwave, fridge, and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to cook your meal. There’s a dog that likes to lie down in the kitchen or shared bathroom. The problem is, after doing his business in the yard, he comes back inside with pee on his paws. You can literally see wet footprints all over the floor. It’s pretty gross. The shared bathroom smells really bad. It’s obvious no one is cleaning it properly. Just rinsing with water isn’t enough. You need real cleaning products to get rid of the strong ammonia smell. There’s no cleaning service at all. The host barely does anything, just takes out the trash and that’s it. The bathroom is very small, and there’s no shower stall or divider. You have to shower right in the middle of the bathroom floor, and by the end, everything is wet like a mini flood happened. There’s a washing machine in the kitchen, still wrapped like it’s brand new, but you’re not allowed to use it. If you want to do laundry, you have to pay extra for the host to do it on their own machine. It doesn’t make any sense. The room stays dim all day because there’s not much sunlight. It feels a bit gloomy, especially if you rely on natural light to feel energized. The mattress isn’t comfortable at all. It feels like sleeping on an old sponge.
