Air conditioning wasn't as strong as we're used to.

Location and breakfast was nice BUT online photos, price and room description not matching We asked if possible early check-in and were told it was possible. When we arrived at 2:00 PM, a random guy in shorts, not wearing a staff uniform, approached us outside the reception and shouted, "Early check-in is not possible, come back at 3:00 PM sharp, "not a minute earlier." We had to change room twice as none of the rooms matched the photos online or prices. The AC was not working and extremely noisy, the room was dusty, and the refrigerator didn't work. The same guy later came to fix the AC while smoking a cigarette, which was highly unprofessional. He didn't speak English and created a very poor hospitality of the hotel. The best parts of my stay were definitely the excellent location, the very helpful and attentive staff, and the strong sense of security. The hotel is close to the city center, Old Tbilisi, and the sulfur baths, which made exploring very easy. The staff were always kind, responsive, and quick to solve problems, which made the experience much more comfortable. Overall, it was a good value-for-money hotel and a great choice for travelers who want to enjoy and explore the city. The only small issue for me was a slight smell problem at times. I’m not completely sure whether it was related to the hotel itself or just my personal sensitivity, so it may not be something every guest notices.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in this price range. It has comfortable, quiet rooms with pleasant lighting, a delicious hearty breakfasts, a well-equipped gym, and even a ping-pong table. The floor is covered with a cozy composite carpet. Very friendly staff! Convenient location, lots of restaurants around for dinner. There was no laundry

Really need to communicate better and not cancel the booking if there’s a problem with the card, but contact the customer directly, and give decent time to reply That was nicely, organized the space. But they definitely need microwave and paper towels in the room as well as tissues.

location is in fact very near freedom square, in town centre, 1 minute from gallery mall in lovely neighbourhood. They didn't clean everyday our room and don't know why and we had to look for toilet paper twice from stuff inside 4 days and two bottles of water is free every day, we never got that except when we asked and than manager wasn't pleased to their stuff, but last day they finally clean room. stuff and breakfast

The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful during my stay. I honestly don’t have anything specific to complain about. Everything met my expectations.
