There needs to be health faucet in the toilet . All travelers do not use only tissue paper.

Only the location was good. You can find small cockroaches in the room. The room they gave us is in front of a metal old fence that looks like a DOC facility. They put a sign there that gym and swimming pool costs 50 lari per day while nobody is telling you that if you book a room this service is supposed to be free including pool and gym. The experience was really bad. I paid only for the location of the hotel otherwise it’s not worth the price AT ALL.

One of the best hotels that am staying in Tbilisi, the facilities were great nice restaurant, my only doubt was regarding the gym that lack few devices but overall its manageable. As for my stay the room is very clean and the hotel gives positive vibes, the receptionists were very welcoming and friendly and shoutout to Mariam and Ana for the amazing hospitality. I visited the hotel few times and the rooms get upgraded, my sincere gratitude for the management and the staff

Unfortunately, the team members I interacted with were rude and unhelpful, and there was a clear lack of professionalism and willingness to assist. the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Very hard and the pillows were also hard and provided no comfort at all

The room was spacious and bed very comfortable . The dining staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Breakfast needs more variety, especially did not change in our 5 nights stay there

Location, location, location!!! In addition, the hotel was absolutely first class serviced by an equally first class staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet and set-up. However, more times than not, the food was only luke warm. The same was true with food and coffee ordered from the table servers. A simple fix, in my opinion.
