Spacious room, great location in a private area, not far from the city center. Nino and Maria are great hosts, very kind, polite, and responsive to the guests. Fantastic view from the upper floor, where you can enjoy the breakfasts and coffee. Don't forget to try their vine.

Beautiful, large rooms, everything is very clean and the owners are very friendly. wifi was very slow, there were no tea bags in the room, so water cooker somehow useless, sadly they also did not offer breakfast although the breakfast room has a wonderful view. The location is also rather bad. They told me that there is no breakfast possibility around. Mostly noone at the reception. You need to use whatsApp to contact receptionist for Checkout. There was no hairdryer in the room and low water pressure. They also charged my card few days before arrival. So all together it was not worth the price.

cleanliness and staff This property is 7-8kms far from Tbilisi city. There are only few homes around the property. This place is good only for people who prefers to stay away from hustle bustle of city. Rooms and stay wise, it’s a good hotel.

The manager was unbelievably great….went well beyond the call of duty helping me. Not far from the airport. There is not someone at the front desk all the time. A very nice woman was working there, but she spoke no English. There was no one about in June. There were no places to walk and no restaurants around the hotel. The manager did help me order online for takeout because the app wouldn’t take a USA phone number.

The building is a new house 10 min from the center via taxi. It is very clean and had all necessary furniture. The hosts are really hospitable, willing to help and friendly, they even invited everyone to vine testing evening. The breakfasts were delicious with local cuisine. Due to unusually cold weather for the region during my stay it was a bit chilly in the room and in the dining room.
