This is the best luxury hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was beautiful, the facilities were exceptional, and the Japanese electronic bidet was such a thoughtful touch and incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool and saunas were excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and highly professional throughout our stay. We truly felt well looked after. The only issue we noticed was at breakfast one morning, when the plates had an unusual fishy smell. Other than that, everything was outstanding.

Hotel was located in great location, walkable to all attractions. Great facilities and lovely executive launch. Room was spectacular with lovely big bathroom and very clean. Spa service was a disappointment. Lady at the reception wasn’t helpful at all. We had limited time in hotel she didn’t want to arrange any service for us.

Very beautiful hotel. Big room and clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and tasty . A very good location in the center of Tabelisi . A very kind staff and wonderful treatment massage. Good atmosphere in the spa and in the pool and sauna .Very recommend hotel in the center. Everything was good and with good value

Quick check in, champagne offered, spa was incredible, kid friendly but catered to adults The headboard to the beds was aweful. I hit my head quite hard twice, this needs to be looked into.

Everything was too perfect. It’d be hard to match our experience at paragraph as the bar is too high now. Special thank you to the front desk and the concierge who arranged us some really nice outing. I personally really loved the beautifully designed night story cards about Georgia that the staff would put on our pillows very day. What a nice touch! Zero complaints
