Badagoni Boutique Hotel Rustaveli

The hotel’s location at Liberty Square was a major advantage, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable, well-furnished, and well maintained, and the breakfast was enjoyable each morning. The main drawback was the access to the hotel. The entrance is shared with the restaurants in the building, and the elevator is located next to the kitchen, which made the arrival experience feel less private and less like entering a hotel.

Amazing hospitable receptionist who helped me understand Georgia and culture, gave valuable suggestions for the rest of my trip through Georgia (Zugdidi, Mestia, etc). The wines in the restaurant were magical, as was the food, only sad thing is I forgot to write down wine names.

Location wise very near to city center Employees could be a little more understanding or approachable, or more solution-oriented.

Location, location location you are in the middle of everything short work to all attractions restaurants, old town, etc. Rooms are very quiet,basic, clean and comfortable Front desk staff are humbly helpful and friendly Food and service is exceptional. Highly recommended.

The location can't be beat , every where is within walking distance, but there's a metro station next door if you need it The bed was so comfortable, and there were lots of big fluffy towels. Tons of hot water. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room, with free bottled water. The restaurant is nice and I thought breakfast was good, The staff made the whole stay so enjoyable, you can tell they like working there. They were always cheerful and helpful. I wish there was a higher rating than excellent? There is nothing not to like

Location is great and staff was just wonderful. THANK YOU! Some of the facilities didn't work well, such as upper head shower and the safe. I didn't ask them to fix it though cause I didn't stay much in the room. Also once breakfast wasn't ready at time. Besides it was super. Staff is great and doing everything they can to help.

Excellent Hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Location is absolutely the best for central Tbilisi. Walking distance to everything is perfect. Galleria, Museums, Food, Shopping, it's all right there. The hotel staff is friendly and very professional. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, and breakfast is abundant. Very comfortable place to stay, play, and eat. If you are looking for a quiet location, this is not for you as it is right on the main avenue, there is a lot of traffic noise from the street. But if you are looking for being in the heart of the city this is the place to be. The room windows do keep out most of the traffic noise, so sleeping during the day is no problem. Balcony rooms are great for people watching, but it is loud because of traffic. For me, I loved it.

Great place, very friendly staff 24/7!

Just location and cleaning Unfortunately, the WiFi connection was very weak during our stay. We also experienced daily issues with hot water in the mornings, which made showering difficult. In addition, there was a technical problem in our room with water leaking onto the floor, and it took many hours to be resolved. The breakfast staff were not very welcoming, and on one occasion the server did not even smile. It was also disappointing that black tea was not included in the breakfast service.
