I was truly impressed with this guesthouse. First of all, I would like to highlight the hospitality — the hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, supportive, and warm. The location is very convenient; it’s right in the center and you can easily walk everywhere, with everything close by. The guesthouse and the rooms were very clean. In short, it’s definitely worth visiting and I would highly recommend it.

Walking distance to all the tourist destinations and airport bus, plus you can see the mother of Georgia from the front yard. Very kind, accommodating and approachable host. The room was clean and warm even though it was around 0'C outside. Kettle, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee. Nothing really, we loved everything :)

The hotel itself really simple and cozy. Location is great. Very clean. We had anything we needed. The admin/owner tried to be helpful at first. But no laundry i guess. Me and my friend had couple of accidents with the administrator/owner idk. 1) She has bad habit of waking up her guests. Once she woke up my friend. 2) I didn’t close the front door of the hotel once, so she threw THE tantrum at me. She bombed my phone, i was sleeping didn’t see her attacking my wp. Later she came to the hotel, and knocked super loudly to open the door. She woke up both of us. My friend opened the door, she asked to me in a very rude manner. Then when i got outside the room, she started yelling at me for idk 5 minutes nonstop, without any chance to explain the situation. Just yelled, no subordination, no professionalism, no respect, nothing. I honestly felt like my human rights as a person, as her guest was violated. She didn’t have any rights to yell at me or to talk to me in that manner. Ofc i apologized, but it didn’t help her to calm down, she was repeating same things over and over again. Even though, nothing bad happened, me not closing the front door didn’t bring any harm to her property or to anyone in the hotel. If she says that’s a hotel, guests shouldn’t be worrying about the front door, there has to be receptionist/security caring about the safety of the hotel, but there were only her coming there only for check inn and check outs. If i knew that there would be this kind of unstable person in the hotel i would never choose this place. She ruined the day for me and the whole experience of the ciy. If u r ready to be yelled at, whenever u don’t follow any tiny rule of her. Then ofc the hotel itself is nice. Even though she is treating it like her own house, and we r staying at the house not the hotel.

Absolutely everything. The hosts were extremely hospitable and made sure we are not only comfortable, but happy with the stay. They even prepared a list of all the near by restaurants, bars and attractions for our ease. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks, Nina and Saza. The wifi speed is a bit low.

The host is super friendly and helpfull. Gave us a reference list of restaurants/wine bars and coffee shops, which was very nice. Prepared the room for early check in, which was awesome! It has a shared kitchen, with complimentary coffee and tea, all equiped and super clean! The only thing i can remember is the matress was not very good, too soft (but that's for me).

I liked location which was just 700 m from Liberty Square (the centre) and pathway was pretty easy. Zaza, the owner was very friendly and I liked conversation with him and consider him as my close friend from now on ? I felt myself like at home!!!

I like the location as it was quite central and close to all the good spots. For the price, its definitely AMAZING. Also, Zaza and his sister are GREAT hosts, super friendly and helpful ?. Last, rooms were well decorated and looked nice. Just two small comments: first the main door requires a LONG password to open which was somewhat annoying when coming back at night. And our last night we saw a couple ants around the door of the room. But apart from that definitely nothing critically bad.

First of all the location, cleaning, room was really good. You can walk to almost everywhere. Before my accommodation the owner messaged me to ask about my arrival time. My flight was delayed and I've arrived after midnight to there but he welcomed me kindly. Gave me a paper which is included cafe&restaurant advices. I am so appriciate for support and welcoming

The location is perfect for exploring the city. The landlady was very nice and helpful. It's good value for money. It's more of a homestay/guesthouse than a hotel, so you have to plan ahead if you want something from the hosts. There is no soundproofing, so you will be hearing people talking in the hall and in the next room, cleaner vacuuming etc. The whole property is located on the ground floor, so you won't get a garden view or any other view. There are bars on the windows, people walking in the inner courtyard and cars parked right outside the window. You'll probably keep your curtains closed at all times if you want privacy. Wi-fi was spotty, not fast enough for and audio call or video streaming. They wanted to charge 30 lari for laundry which seems overpriced. They also took 50 lari as deposit which would have been fine if they'd told me in advance. All in all the place is great if you're not going to spend much time there apart from sleeping.

One of my best stays in general! Awesome location near Liberty square, close to old Tbilisi, Sulfur baths, and other attractions. From here you can easily get anywhere by bus/metro. Because it’s located in a yard it’s super quiet and kind of protected, and the neighbors are very nice. My room had a cozy design and perfect lights, which is important for me. The owner, Nini, gave me directions for amazing gastro-projects and good coffee, and was overall very helpful and friendly :) there is a small kitchen, fridge and a washing machine, that you can use for an extra fee at the hotel. Because the hotel is so small, I only saw other guests once and felt like home from the first day. Thank you so much ??
