Amazing view on the mountains

More flexible hours, especially breakfast, check-out and restaurant, in order to have more time to use all the facilities of the hotel, which are excellent.

Location (view), facility, and room size. Smells bad.

The apartment is clean, the building is new, and the view is breathtaking The breakfast is very modest

The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The pool and view were breathtaking. The room was comfortable and had all the adventures we needed for a family of 4.

The location, the staff and the kind people at the reception going above and beyond. The shower had some broken parts.

Staff - extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great! Location - the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the view in the evening and in the morning are splendid. However, to get there, you will probably need to have a car. Room - it is a very nice room, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Balcony is spacious and a place, where you can enjoy a view on the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are provided (also bathrobes). WiFi - WiFi was great, it was working nicely. Parking - there is enough parking spots in front of the hotel. Swimming pool - it is decent size, nice to relax and enjoy the water (note that the water is warm-cool). Open till 22:00. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place and definitely worth to stay there if you visit either Innsbruck or are going to ski.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. We truly felt welcome and cared for. The rooms were spotless, cozy with beautiful views on the mountains. Breakfasts were generous, fresh, and delicious – there was plenty of variety and we enjoyed every bite. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Beautiful views. Garage. The pool with nice view The place just lacks a character and ambience. We’ve stayed in a few places in Stubai Valley before and they were all much nicer and better priced. The wellness section is small and inconveniently connected to the main pool with kids wandering about the place you’re supposed to relax. You’ll need chains for tires most likely if it snows

Great breakfast, spacious room, comfortable bed Room looked like it needed some maintenance work - blown light bulbs, paint scratched in places, skirting board in bathroom looked like it needed replacing, but in some ways I’m being very picky, generally the room was in good condition

The hotel is very nice, with an impressive panorama. It's perfect for a ski holiday being 2 km away from Schlick 2000. Very useful underground parking. The toilet was separate from the bathroom ?

Excellent breakfast and even better dinner, great wellness, very nice and professional staff although their willingness and English are only average, overall a great stay, and everything was as advertised. great skiing conditions in the area
