Breakfast was great and cleaned

Checked in and was given a room with no air conditioning. Only a portable unit. Room was still 85 degrees at 11 pm. No other rooms available at the hotel nor anywhere else in Temecula. Was given refund but doesn’t make up for having to spend the night in a room that was too hot to sleep. Terrible night for my family. Hotel should never be trying to rent out a room like this to guests on 100 degree days. Do better Embassy Suites!

Pls refer my review on the previous stay. The aircon wasn’t working in our room so we changed rooms 3 times. And still had to sleep a night in the unbelievable heat. We were told that we are free to check out if we wanted to at 9pm. Being a visitor to the USA that was not possible at that late hour. The next morning they changed our room. However on the last day of our stay the pool was discoloured and couldn’t be used. We returned for our second stay the next week and guess what there was no breakfast available. Not a word about making up to us either. Later we also requested for a late checkout tomorrow and without hesitation were told it’s chargeable. $75 to check out at 5pm. As our flight is at 10. Pretty unfair when we tolerated all the shortcomings of our stay both times. Pretty unhappy with the hotel overall.

The AC was making a large noise everytime it turned on. This happened late in the evening, so had to wait till morning to let them know. This made it difficult to sleep.

The staff was very friendly. The Jacuzzi was really really good. I was surprised that the restaurant was closed, especially on the weekend. The fact that the restaurant was closed, I didn’t think that was a good idea especially on the weekend

Great stay would book again

Rooms needs updating. My room was by the main lobby. Noise level was loud from 9pm-midnight and then 5-10am. The beds were not comfortable. Overall it had all the basic amenities.

The location. The AC was down in the room that I was initially given. That room was on the 3rd floor and furthest away from the elevator. After waking up sweating at 4am, the the receptionist on duty gave me a second room to try. That room was on the fourth floor. Opening the door of that room was like walking into a snoop dog/ Wiz Khalifa tour bus. The weed smoke saturated everything in the room. The last room had no issues.

Loved the space of the room. Did not expect how homey it felt. My kids enjoyed the stay. The only thing I didn’t like was that the tube got clogged up and the sink.

Breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly and amazing. This particular hotel very run down. Needs a lot of TLC, fixing, updates, new paint, new carpet and working equipment meaning AC units. Just needs an overhaul. Bad hotel for the Hilton and Embassy Suite line. Sad. Not work $300 a night

Kind of depressing. A part of the rug between the entrance room and bedroom was wet. The shower head had very poor water pressure. The furniture in the room was very old and in poor condition. We will not be returning here. It was sad. We expected something nice , being a hilton. WRONG! Also the coffee that is served here was folgers. Really?

The stay was overall pleasant. The breakfast was good but not as great as other Embassy Suites I stayed in. The room was spacious and very clean though the shampoo and conditioner were empty when I arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Having said this, the interior of the premises was run down. Scuff marks everywhere, wallpaper peeling and the single elevator was out of order during the entire stay. Very disappointed compared to many other ES stays I enjoyed.

Pool was ok cuz was large

Clean. Great location with friendly staff. Two free drinks at happy hour. The pool was clean with lots of organized, rolled up towels. Free parking. There wasn’t anything not to like and the price was perfect.
