Great staff, breakfast was great, room was clean

It's an older hotel. Can use a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. Breakfast was good. Happy hour was good. No complaints. Lots of families using the pool. This was one of the cheaper options in the area. Would stay again.

Love dogs, they woke us up super early. Next time I will request another room.

Brandon was very helpful during my stay. He informed me of the air conditioning going out that day and apologized for any inconvenience. He was polite and professional.

I love that the room had a separate sitting area from the bedroom, making it ideal for families with teenagers. While the property shows minor signs of wear and tear (several window awnings were discolored and paint was chipped), it was a perfect landing spot for us when wine tasting. We took advantage of the decent sized pool and hot tub. Our stay included an evening meet & greet that included snacks and 2 drinks from the bar!! Our stay ALSO included a breakfast buffet that was not your typical hotel buffet. There was a made-to-order egg and omelet station so I had a wonderful breakfast. We were completely satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

I checked in for my parents room late at night around 10pm on June 4th. The front desk agent that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I do not recall her name. A big thank you and shout out to her. I had requested an early check in but it didn’t happen as planned. She had a goody bag with snacks and water which was very kind and appreciated. My parents are elderly and visiting Temecula for the first time. They had a comfortable one night stay. I had requested a late check out since they physically arrived in their room at almost 2am. But the next day the housekeeping staff member knocked on their door and asked when they were leaving. Which is pretty rude. There was no dnd sign to be found in the room. Not sure why they would do that after requesting a late check out? I cannot comment on the breakfast since my parents didn’t eat on the premises. But they sure did enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea that’s provided in the lobby. Thank you for that ! The inside of the property needs some TLC and updating in decor. But the friendly front desk staff makes up for that. Thank you! I will most definitely reserve at this location.

Good bar-restaurant Food was great

The stay was nice. We liked the pool.

The property was not as clean as I expected. The pool area furniture was has not been replaced for a while and the carpets in the hall were dirty. They will not clean your room every day unless you ask them to.

Everything was lovely. Clean room and had everything we needed. Loved their continental breakfast.

Great experience

The hotel was clean. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel can improve in terms of renovating. The pocket door in room was broken, and the doors with other rooms the seals were broken and you can hear conversations walking down the halls. I want to clarify this has nothing to do with cleanliness it’s merely aesthetics. The broken door didn’t bother me enough to report it.Room service was good. I want to come back here with my kids!

Two free cocktails available at the bar for every single guest from 5:30 pm- 7 pm, kid friendly. Light snacks also provided. Guests can enjoy watching games/ sports on several screens. Definitely a great location near shopping centers. Wonderful breakfast provided, omelets made to one's choice. Overall, great environment.

Breakfast staff were so helpful. The guy cooking fresh omelettes was a legend!! The door latch on our room was broken/screws missing but that was what it was, can’t complain. Was still a good hotel.

I’ve always stayed here from the past. The accommodations and the needs they were pretty good taking care of problems and changes. It’s what you expect from hotels like embassy Suites by Hilton.

Good location. Easy to reach off the freeway. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. The property needs to be refurbished. Wallpaper is peeling and damaged in the bathrooms and hallways. Wood finishes are chipped and need touch up. Chandelier in lobby the globes are heavy with dust. There is little sound proofing in the rooms. You could hear voices quite plainly in the adjacent rooms and people walking in the rooms above. I didn’t like paying $10 a night for unsecured parking.

Everything and everyone was amazing

everything. Breakfast was excellent. I had to pay for parking.

Very rundown. Needs total refurbishment! Breakfast was great. Had to try 3 different rooms before we got one with the AC working.
