no real need to park in basement. Just a security issue for you. Long way from elevator. Get a higher room number to be close. Denney's and a mexican restaurant are only close ones.

We will definitely stay here again. The property was very clean, quiet, easy access to shops, restaurants and the Temecula wineries. The weekday Happy Hour had the best value. (Thank you Sandi for your awesome service!) We used the fitness center every day during our stay. Thank you for providing Precor cardio equipment, a TRX, free weights, a Peloton bike and a clean, spacious fitness area to workout in. Great value for what we paid for and we will be back in the fall!

Liked and enjoyed everything. However there is no hit tube a negative in our book. And i wasn't expecting a parking charge even though its $12/night i thought it was free

The agent at the front desk was extremely helpful considerate and kind. Not sure what his name is but he should get a raise!!!!!

The room was clean and staff was helpful. But there was a lot of trash left in hallways and pool wasn’t heated, which was a bummer for the kids. Breakfast buffet wasn’t included either

Temecula stay was nice and amenities were great

I first checked at 1:30 PM to see if our room was ready, but it was not. I checked again at 2:45 PM and then again at 3:30 PM, and each time I was told the room was still unavailable. Eventually, at 4:05 PM, I was checked into a different room because the original room was still not ready. The wedding started at 5:00 PM and was about 20 minutes away from the hotel. This left only about 15 minutes for two adults and two children to get dressed and ready before we had to leave. The situation created unnecessary stress and put a significant damper on what should have been an enjoyable occasion. While the staff was courteous, I was very disappointed with the room readiness and the overall check-in experience.

The location was great. The carpet was dingy. The whole place needed to be cleaned. It was not up to the Hilton standards I’m use to. The atmosphere was less than favorable. The staff clearly did not like their job. They were not friendly and definitely not welcoming.

I really liked the walk-in closet and open shelves in the bathroom. Super convenient when traveling.

Dirty room I wouldn’t never stay here again

I was unable to sleep after about 6am due to the sound of clanking and banging (feet maybe) above me and in the hallway. The hotel needs to work on sound proofing. Even in budget hotels, this has not been an issue. I was super tired after a 485 mile road trip and really needed to sleep.
