Great, but carpet smelled like animals in room.

everthing was wonderful and clean. The air conditioning wasn't very strong and left the room a bit warm over night on a 100+* night.

First time this was best of all many hotels I've been too, kids love it comfortable bed for the time were there. Air conditioningwas great especially for the weather, room and walk way was very clean, checking in was pretty great fast and easy too, staffs there were great and courteous, wasn't able to eat there we had to leave early, but I'm pretty sure it would've been tasty and was. Very affordable and I would definitely come back here for my next trip next months and will try the food there. Thank you for the wonderful stay. FIVE STARS!

Everything was excellent; they let me check in early at no extra charge.

I was also gonna make some coffee but the coffee maker was dirty on the inside where the water goes. The complimentary breakfast made up for that but someone should definitely clean those from time to time for health and safety reasons. I would stay here again.

Took my money after I canceled a week ago. Then I called reservation to check on. Why did they take how I took my money askeggs why they tell me to call the hotel that has no idea of my\nOrder number oh I can't it had me nowhere in there as even registering for a room bad service.

This hotel is convenient to the airport and ASU. Our room was clean and the property is either new or recently renovated. Everything is in excellent condition.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and welcoming

The property and room was fine. But it would have been nice to be told about the fire testing. I specifically called ahead about traveling with my animals and the noise made my room inaccessible. So I paid for a room and an additional fee for my pets and couldn't use it. Staff were kinda rude about it.

This was an excellent experience and I am really looking forward to my next visit. Karen and April in particular were amazing. Great great customer service all around. I now just need my $100 deposit back. Can you provide an ETA

The shower didnt work. This chain has this issue a lot. Second time had this issue with this chain and I dont travel. So if you like showering I would go somewhere else

Exceptional

Not bad, but starting to see its wear. Bathroom sink had a big crack in it and the chaulking in the bathroom looked not well done. Shower head was clogged however the staffing seemed very responsive. Maintenance should be better at this.
