Nice renovated rooms, beds and pillows were perfect comfort. Room was clean and staff was very nice and friendly. They do have breakfast, but it's not like other Hilton properties. Breakfast was light things like oatmeal, cereal, bagels, yogurt. Refrigerator in the room is very little also. Over all nice property would stay here again.

I found the property to be very clean. The size of the room was fantastic. The location off the freeway was very convenient. I would stay there again if I’m ever in the Phoenix area.

The first room they checked us into had not been cleaned. They switched us to the third floor but on the second day our key cards stopped working. Overall the front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The pool was super nice especially in hot AZ.

Great affordable hotel. Was cheaper and still felt like normal. Built in 2023 so it was fresh building still. No smells. Clean room. Very nice desk staff. Breakfast sucked but that’s the legit only bad thing I can even try to come up with. Would definitely stay again and try other ones in different cities

Check in Maria was quick and pleasant. The building was in excellent condition with ample brightly lit parking. The room was spacious having a comfortable king bed and shower with great pressure and temp While the pool was not used by me, it appeard to be spotless and several people were enjoying its respite given the 100F temp. This Sparks property is on the list for reuse!

Everything was very clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was nice, clean and orderly. Room was very clean. Bed was great and the towels were also. Everything was nice a redone. I was very pleased! Would definitely stay again! 😀
