Motel 6 Tempe, AZ – Elliot Road

Room was smaller than I expected but clean. Air conditioner worked great. Ice maker was broken. No breakfast service just coffee.

Location was ok The customer service at Motel 6 is unacceptable. During my stay, my room had a broken TV with no sound. I reported this to the front desk, and while they promised to send maintenance to resolve the issue, no one ever arrived. To make matters worse, when I returned to the front desk a second time to follow up, I was left waiting while the receptionist was on a personal call. However, the moment a white man walked up, she immediately got off the phone to assist him ahead of me, completely ignoring the fact that I was already standing there waiting for help. This level of poor service and blatant disrespect is appalling. I will never stay at a Motel 6 or Studio 6 again, and I expect management to address these serious issues immediately, at least | get a lasting experience with my stay.

The bed was comfy and the mirror was new and lit, I enjoyed the cool air and comfortable relaxing atmosphere. Nothing

I like how comfortable and dark the rooms are for day time sleepers like me who work nights. Im very fond of the dimming lights in the vanity mirrors. Big fan of the pool. Didn’t find any dislikes. I don’t like that I didn’t have enough time to mingle with the guests because of work. I like meeting new people on similar journeys.

Everything was fine and clean and quiet, check in and check out was smooth and quick.

I like how easy access the king size rooms are to the pool and love the ambience from the bathroom mirror lights. Rooms very quiet and relaxing and spacious. That I couldn’t stay another day. I enjoyed the amenities.
