Super friendly staff

The location for this stay, is perfect. Right off the freeway and plenty of parking. Places to eat are in walking distance or they also have a great menu, if dining in. Handicap and wheelchair accessible with grab bars in bathrooms and ramps in parking lot. I highly recommend Drury Inn & Suites.

I have never encountered such overall friendly staff! Our stay was short, but they made a very positive impression. Breakfast was great. Beds were very comfortable. I look forward to my next stay at Drury Hotel

Place was very clean had breakfast dinner and even 3 free alcohol drinks for those who like a drink 🍸I always stay here because I know what im getting.

Everything was excellent except we had an issue with the faucet handle in the bathtub fell off and some of us did not get to take a shower.

Love this place. It’s our halfway driving point on our road trip to California. It’s consistent, clean and friendly.

Brad makes the best drinks at happy hour and the food is always good at dinner and breakfast.Great place for quick couples get away and stay in the room.Shooting range, pickle ball, and Main event across the street make it an easy date night with the misses.White Castle draws a crowd but the star bucks drive through always smooth flow even when busy.Location Location Location 90% of the time can get anywhere in Phoenix area in minutes from this location.Friendliest staff I have ever come across in 20 years of Hotel hopping.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. ESPECIALLY THE HAPPY HOUR 👌 I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating!! Clean room and property. Beds were comfortable. The pool was a great size. It was long enough to do laps. Great morning breakfast and good (real) eggs, The Manager’s Reception offered tasty food items, perfect for a light dinner. My only recommendation, and I say this about most hotels, is to provide a recycling can along with the trash can in the rooms. Overall, we were so impressed by the friendly staff, property, amenities that Drury Plaza Hotel is our place to stay whenever we are in Phoenix!
