For a last minute booking, I can't really complain. The beds were a little hard for my preference but that is just me. When we went down for breakfast we were disappointed to find out it was not complimentary as we thought it was and spent way more on fake frozen pastries than we should have. Ill do my research better next time but if youre in a pinch for a place to stay, its not terrible.

The room was very spacious and clean with a counter area, microwave, and fridge; and the front desk extended me extra kindness when I needed a later checkout due to a migraine.

There was no remote for the tv, the coffee maker was missing the part to make coffee. The breakfast was a complete failure.

Only thing is there is no breakfast buffet like other hotels. It would be nice if Sonesta did but overall a great stay

Had a great stay , located in a perfect spot.

I liked the exercise workout area and the pool was very clean. Hot Tub needed cleaning though. The person who unclogged the sink left all of the supplies in the bathroom. Bed was okay but pillows were too soft. Food and coffee ☕️ is just okay.

I have stayed here months prior gave great review. Not sure what changed but place had rust throughout bathroom, dirty, old worn bedding. Never again.

My flights got cancelled, I could not go and Expedia refused to refund the stay. As a result I will not use Expedia in the future - great job!
