Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix/Chandler

Clean and tidy, but note some staff was not very friendly/helpful. Have to pay for parking as well :(

Wonderful staff, morning chow not too bad, easy access to freeway, eats place nearby, quiet room and clean

The staff were very nice. Our room was a good size, but the beds were not aligned with their boxes, so part of it hung out in walkway (?) The bathroom sink faucets turned at the base instead of at the lever--so we had to pull hard to turn. Swimming pool needed to be cleaned. For one night it was suffice.

The room’s A/C would not cool properly and stayed around 77°F. The shower barely drained, leaving us standing in backed-up water while showering, and the main sink also would not drain properly. Even worse, we found what appeared to be blood stains in the room. We have photos and video documenting these issues. Traveling with a sick baby and a crib made simply packing everything up and changing rooms extremely difficult, which is why we dealt with the conditions and reported everything afterward. I contacted both Hilton and Expedia. Hilton opened a case and told me there would be follow-up, but I never received one. Expedia documented the complaint as well, but there was no meaningful resolution there either. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience or one isolated maintenance problem. Multiple basic aspects of the room were unacceptable, and the lack of follow-up afterward made the experience even worse. Based on both the condition of the room and how the complaint was handled, I cannot recommend staying here.

hotel in general-room specifically was clean at OK level...not top notch + bathroom sink leaked...informed front desk on Sunday = "engineering not avail until Monday" - never heard back on repair (checked out Tuesday AM) + parking fees in general

The staff were friendly and helpful, the area was nice, the hotel was clean and visually very pleasing. I wish the bathrooms had locks on the doors.

Exceptional

One of our go to places to stay when my son's travel team is in the Phoenix area. Great location and access to surrounding stores and places to eat. Breakfast is usually on the plus side but this last time was a bit slow on the service and the juice machines were down. Still a great place to stay though.

The staff was very nice breakfast was ok daughter wanted waffles but that was not a choice. The beds could have been better but over all kids had fun

My family and I arrived and noticed it was well maintenance. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed their coffee pool/hot tub was vary clean our room was nice divided room bed was comfortable

Everything, free breakfast, clean, has pool. Nothing

We had an issue with the toilet in our room and the maintenance man Kent came and fixed it immediately. He also saw we were low on towels and bedding and brought us replacements without us needing to ask. He was absolutely amazing and made our stay so much better!

Clean rooms and friendly customer service

I showed you and they said I was marked as a no show and that it canceled the reservation why hasn’t it canceled here

We met our room with a broken carbon monoxide detector. Staff tried their best to find a replacement which took several tries. Once repaired we found that our main bedroom had a broken air conditioner which was replaced by the loudest portable air conditioner I have ever heard. The ceiling in that same room was covered in caked on dust. This was disappointing when we just needed a place to lay our heads as we traveled. Staff was nice but it was apparent this property needs updated.
