Very disappointed with my whole stay from the moment i reserved my room online

I was ok for the first couple of stays but this place is run down rooms are not sanitary or clean well not comfortable overall i will not recommend anyone to stay at this place

AC blows ice cold! Plenty of parking!! Easy on and off the I-10

The beds were cozy and the hotel staff were so kind! Loved that they were able to accommodate me. The room smelled like mildew every time we walked in. It wouldn’t go away, so we brought febreeze. It didn’t really help the problem. Just smelled like linen covered mildew. I personally don’t care about this but my niece wanted me to note that they needed eggs and bacon for breakfast…

The breakfast area was clean, updated, and by far the nicest part of the hotel, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice perk. Our king room was spacious with high ceilings that made it feel open, and it included convenient amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and mini toiletries. The hotel also offers a pool, fitness center, snacks for purchase in the lobby, and a gated dog area, making it a convenient option for travelers with pets. We booked this hotel because our home AC is broken and we needed a pet-friendly place to stay, but we checked out a day early because the room had an overwhelming odor that smelled like a strong deodorizer was being used to mask urine. The hotel also felt run down and dirty, with dirty walls, doors, and remote, damaged curtains, old pillows, and a dog area covered in trash and dog waste. I reported the odor to the front desk and also tried using the hotel’s chat feature, but my concerns were dismissed and my chat messages were ignored, making the experience even more disappointing.

Air-conditioning worked room needs to be updated and throughout the whole hotel

3rd floor room ac did not work nor could they get it too work. 61 degrees and barely feeling any cold unless you stood 2inches from it.
